★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went there today for the first time just to look around and ended up buying a very nice shirt at half the price. John is very friendly and knows how to make u interested in sticking around a bit longer for a closer look at the great mix of stuff there.
I found the store really practical and the staff friendly and professional. No wonder they've been around for 30 years!
I'll sure go back there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My best friend and I spent about 2 hours in here just trying on and looking at so many amazing options for clothes and bikinis! Tom and Lisa were awesome and were taking the covid regulations seriously and we felt safe in their shop. 10/10 will DEFINITELY go again!

If you felt that strongly, why did you not approach the store directly, email them or call for the full story? This would have given you better insight Instead of hiding behind a baseless review without all of the facts.
This store and the staff like many other small businesses in Vancouver, are doing their best in a very difficult time to respect all facets of the crisis while fighting to survive. This store is an Icon in the West End and has been for over three decades. The owner is actively engaged in the community and the staff are some of the best in retail.
If indeed you had approached the store as mentioned, you would have discovered this and much more. Since you did not do this, it leads me to wonder what your intent of the review was? Whatever your intent, it only solidified in my view that we all need to be a little more caring and kinder to one another. And yes, this includes you. So thank you for your review, stay safe and healthy and as recommended by our amazing health officials in BC, wear a mask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been shopping here for over 10 years, Lisa and her entire team are always super friendly and they always have the most amazing outfit suggestions. Every time I visit, there is always amazing new arrivals and the cutest on trend pieces. I can't ever visit without leaving with a few fantastic pieces that I end up wearing for years to come! I would highly recommend checking it out, I promise you will not be disappointed!!!!

He usually hates shopping but this store is so much fun we drop in often as they always have great discount prices and new merchandise. It’s nice to shop as a couple. The sales staff is very helpful and friendly too. Sometimes we bring our dog Lulu, along with us. They allow pets. Love this store.

I had fun shopping here while I was visiting town and staying at the Best Western Sands. Bought a few things for outfits, thanks to the help of the wonderful Lisa! Great service and experience shopping and I'll definitely come back and check out their online shop! ?

You just lost another customer with your decision on how to run your business. Shame on you for your roll in division in this country. Don’t shop here people. Buy your clothes anywhere else folks.
