The outside looks sketchy, but they've done a really great job renovating the rooms. The furnishings are almost all very modern and the room was very clean.

Perfect service , Clean room ( looks recently renovated). Can definitely recommend.

We had this place booked for us. The room was pretty small about 10x10 room. The bed provided was a double mattress. In the room there was a tv with a couple channels. There was also a mini fridge and a microwave provided in the room. We did not book the room for the night but I would say it would be a good $60 room. Just stayed the one night. They have outlets in the parking lot for block heaters as well as some snacks inside the office. The guy was nice and offered us a cot if we wanted one as there were 4 of us in the room that night.

Don’t let the outside fool you, that was easily one of the better sleeps I’ve ever had on a trip! They’ve definitely put money into the rooms. Let’s start with the most shocking Part, the bathroom: - Genuine Delta plumbing, - Water saving toilet that works, and fits the room like it was designed to be there - Clean tiled shower and bathroom area, with glass shelving - Nourish Green Tea bathroom supplies (no shame, I took all of it! One of my favourite brands of hotel supplies!) - Fresh white towels - Hot water is plentiful, and thermostatically mixed (so you won’t burn yourself accidentally) perfect after a cold day outside The bed: Quality bamboo mattress, no qualms about that, just sweet dreams! Was made with the sheet past the end of the bed (believe me, I’ve been in hotels where it hasn’t been *shivers*) The room overall: Durable Hard floors, much preferred over carpet (cleaner, but cold. I’ll take clean 9/10 times) Clean, modern, and smelled of new furniture, almost like I was the first occupant of the room! Feedback for improvement: Hairdryer, not sure if just my room didn’t have one (or if it was well hidden!), but was something I definitely missed having. The ventilation unit is a touch louder, and the fan speed adjustment didn’t seem to work... Response: I was in room 304 I think? Very close to the office. I checked in on December 16, and left the next morning. Single room, door opened clockwise. Also, a small thing was that the wifi seemed to be very week in my room as well. My devices had difficulty connecting to the network. (As computer networks is a hobby of mine, I’d be glad to make a recommendation on that front if you would be interested). Hopefully you guys get this reply! I hate that google doesn’t have an official response to the owners response.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. The room rates are quite reasonable. The new owner is friendly and helpful and went out of his way to accommodate our needs.

This place. Is so poorly run. The lady running it does not clean rooms. Appears to be a hot mess. She left the room doors open below us in -40 weather had all our pipes freeze. She eventually noticed she left all her stuff strewn on the ground outside and threw all garbage on the floor in the room below us at the door and didnt close it. If you can find other accommodations in the area i highly reccomend you do so. Checking in is always an issue as she is never around we and many others utilizing this place wait hrs sometimes before she pulls up. She knows what time our arrival is as she asks everytime. Yet she is never there. Moldy food left in cupboards, dirty sheets, floors unclean. Sad as this is one of the only places you can stay here. Someone should take over and run it the way it should. We once checked in at 6 pm and she had not had a room cleaned so she cleaned while we brought our stuff in as the bed wasnt done nothing floors or bathroom.

Well kept room, clean and smells great ! Bell cable tv, microwave and fridge included Mani at front desk is awesome I would definitely recommend a stay here.
