★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chicken was over-cooked and woody, cilantro lime crema had so much lime it was acidic instead of being cooling, and apparently “hot sauce on the side” is too complex of a request for this place. Also, they gave my partner soft tacos when she ordered hard shell. Ended up throwing out half and I’ve still got heartburn. Get Red Burrito, Chipotle, or literally anything else instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took 2 hours to receive a 4” burrito (way smaller than I expected, this was “regular” size). The meat was RAW once I got it. I’ve gotten food poisoning here in the past and now I understand why. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service ok food cheap protein. No tostada bowl option. Quesadilla is tasteless. Not many options when building your burrito or salad. Obviusly go for the option of the burrito with no rice so it doesn't take 50% of the space. But everything was tasteless.. even try to fix it with the hot sauce which is also tasteless and noy spicy. I guess its fine if you are American and dont have a problem with the tasteless food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here is sooooo excruciatingly slow. Even though I put in an order ahead of time for pickup I still waited nearly 30 minutes. For fast food. Really bad Mexican fast food made with processed meats.
January 22, 2022 update: For anyone curious, "making it right" means getting ignored by their corporate head office/customer service team. I've emailed them so many times it's ridiculous. They don't actually want to help but likely want to frustrate you to the point of just giving up. I

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fresh and tasty and a great team of people working here! A special shout out to Raman who called me back upon looking at my receipt to tell me I was over charged and aplogized, and quickly rectified that. A small task, but she made an effort. My only complaint is the hot sauce oozed out of the box and onto my white cardigan even when the box was held upright. Otherwise, will definitely be back for more tacos... wearing a darker coloured sweater perhaps.
