★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were very nice and clean, the staff were friendly, and the location is great. Parking at back is small but still was able to park our truck and trailer back there which was great. It had picknic tables, all basic amenities and a/c. Very reasonably priced, great place to rest up for a night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming front desk person. After arriving dead tired and adding another night to my reservation, the front desk person phoned my room to ask extra $5 for my child.To my surprise when I went online and check on the website I booked my room (booking.com) I noticed the price of the room was the same either with kids or no kids. This made my arrival stressful, unwelcoming and unpleasant. Overall, I believe this was absolutely unnecessary and ridiculous!
In addition, we have to end up asking for new linens and changing our room's bedding because we were not convince the stains we found on the linen were ok. After changing the bedding we found the new bedding was washed and clean but still have stains as the old one. I would recommend spending a few extra bucks at the dollar store and wash your white bed linens with clronine or an stain remover!
Last but no least, it seems to me that there is some systematic racism going on here.Overall a weird and unwelcoming atmosphere.
After experiencing this, I am most likely not planning to return here, there are for sure better options in Winnipeg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel was rude and not accommodating at all, they offered to cancel my reservation for free and just tried to take the full amount off my credit card. Good thing I called my credit card company beforehand. SCAMMERS STAY AWAY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to spend the night. Clean sheets and comfy bed. Cute place and friendly staff. No parking for big vehicles though. I had a 15 foot truck and an attached tow and it was a pain to pack out of the small parking lot behind the building

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service! Room was available at short notice, which was super clean and equipped. Bathroom walls have been renovated and they even have a hair dryer :)
The room was surprisingly quiet, even though the train track only a few meter away from it.
Very good for the price! Super recommend.
