The staff were very friendly here, the restaurant on the main floor is a "happening place". The rooms very tidy, comfortable design. Location wise it could not be better - there's lots of walking trails etc. However there was a loud clicking noise in the room at night when the heat turns on and off - I believe it sounds like a contactor engaging, then later disengaging. I had to turn the heat off to get to sleep and then woke up cold. After tax etc it was $274 with CAA discount. No pool. For one night that seems quite steep.

Hotel staff was nice but not willing to do much. They looked very confused when we asked for them to store our bags on arrival. They refused to call us a cab telling us to use Uber. The restaurant service was incredibly slow. A beer took 15 mins to come when it was not busy. Food was really good and so were the drinks just crazy slow service. Servers also didn't seem to really check in on us I had an empty glass for 25 mins while I tried to catch the attention of our server.

Small rooms even with a junior suite. Restaurant is closed on Mondays fyi. But there is a market across the street with some cool spots to eat or grab a drink. Also a beautiful skating rink right outside.

The hotel was beautiful, the area was a great place to stay if you want to access the forks of the human rights building. We stayed here many years ago and it was the only time. We just found better hotels that were alittle cheaper and left you wanting to come back.

First off I want to say all the staff we dealt with were incredible, helpful and doing the best they can with their circumstances. When things needed attention they helped quickly and found resolution with a great attitude. HOWEVER. The facility itself is extremely disappointing. 1) why would breakfast be served Monday-Friday at 6:30am but weekends 10AM??? 2) if you have an event booked, please notify people. We came for our anniversary and a rare get away from the kids. We didn’t get a discount on the hotel, we weren’t told there was a wedding. Not only could we not eat at the restaurant, but due to the wedding there was no room service either. No breakfast till 10AM however we had to leave before then. No dinner, no breakfast, had to pay 21$ to park and walk 1 mile until a restaurant that wasn’t at max capacity could seat us. The spa was also closed so we basically paid nearly 300$ between room and parking to sleep with music blarrrrrrrring from the wedding. 3) towels were filthy in our room. Didn’t look washed. For the price, you could get much more.

I am really not impressed for how much we paid. My boyfriend and I booked a staycation at the Inn to celebrate our anniversary and I was thoroughly disappointed. We booked a breakfast package and paid about $340 just for 1 night, which included $21 self parking which was ridiculous! The rooms and atmosphere were quite nice in appearance, however, you can’t judge a book by its cover. Our rooms were very nice and tidy, but the sound proofing on the main door is atrocious! You can hear in perfect detail, every single conversation happening in the hallway and as well as the room next to us. We heard women laughing and yelling next door and I guess we were above a ball room cause all we could hear was a dj yelling β€œput your hands up!” And blasting club music. There has to be better sound proofing if you’re hosting events like that! Our room had a radiator type unit that was buzzing and woke me up at 8am and stayed on for an hour! Not a great way to wake up in an expensive room. To top it all off, we checked out and went to the restaurant to have our breakfast. At 10:00am the smith staff informed us that there are no spaces available until 1:30pm. After everything that has happened, I was upset and explained that we had a breakfast package booked with the hotel and that it was only good for one day. She hostess was not friendly at all and was visibly irritated and huffy as she said they could make it work. There were no apologies or anything. If we’re booking a breakfast package, we should already be scheduled… I feel like that makes most sense. I was not impressed at all with the service, amenities, rooms, or the dining experience (although our server was very kind and helpful!!) The whole experience was so overrated and I hate that we wasted our money on that one night. Would not book again sadly, I was hoping for much better.

We had a wonderful stay in one of their luxury suites. The jacuzzi and dual/rain shower are heavenly and really must be experienced. Thanks to the staff for being so friendly and accommodating.

They could definitely improve their customer service and restaurant management. Rooms are nice. Beds not very comfortable. Some views were incredible and others horrible. Yes, I would stay here again if needed. No, it would not be my first choice of hotels. Neither an incredible nor horrible experience.
