★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was one of my favourite stores, brought lots of visitors here when we went to the Forks. Great displays and clean. BUT in the last couple years it has seriously went down hill. It has gotten very junky and disorganized. It’s hard to look at things when there it so much piled up. If you go to the very back of the store, it gives you an idea of how it used to be set up. They need to reorganize and get rid of the cheaply Betty Boop, Elvis and Marilyn Monroe stuff. And yes, there is a staff member who will follow you around if she sees you touch anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a collector for many years, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the Johnston Terminal Antique Mall. The whole mall is well organized and brightly lit. More importantly, the staff are extremely knowledgeable, approachable and take the time to help you find what you are interested in. Lastly, there are always fantastic treasures found each and every visit for if you take your time, you won’t miss out. Overall, this is truly the perfect place for unique gifts, trips down memory lane and cherished pieces for your own collections.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I almost didn’t visit this store because of the poor reviews. I decided to go anyway and was pleasantly surprised! There is lots to see and the prices, for the most part, are more than reasonable. The staff member we dealt with was friendly and helpful. Overall it was a lovely place and a very good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m really disappointed with the experience I just had here. I’ve been going into this shop since I was a child. Today I went in with my partner and younger brother. I held his hand and he was super respectful and well behaved. THREE women felt the need to follow us and watch us in the store. I have never been treated like this here, we were obviously suspected to steal or damage things. The people who work here are judgemental and rude. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here unless you like being treated poorly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come by this store maybe once every year or two, as it's kind of like a museum in a way. Came by here today and the staff were very nice and felt sorry for the lady having to constantly deal with the students wandering in with their backpacks on.
I always leave this location with a headache because there's just something in the air and the way this place smells; it just really gets to me.
The prices here are a bit of an issue I find. Many of these booth sellers have items priced a bit too high, I mean, this is Winnipeg, not the most financially lucrative city on the map. I do understand that you can't go in here expecting thrift store prices, but these items are going to sit there collecting dust for many years to come. Some of these sellers need to understand that people have the ability to easily look up these items themselves and can find out if they are fairly priced or ridiculously priced.
Unfortunately, I feel this place will forever be a museum to me and not a store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The break it and you buy it new to you store. I like the old school feel. Some of it would be great gift ideas. My kids hated the smell and I struggled too. Not sure if 90% was useless and a small shop could fit really worthwhile antiques was better
