K	Kazi Haq on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an amazing experience taking the cooking class making comte cheese souffle, beef bourguignon, and moules marinieres. Chef John was thorough, helpful and funny. It was a great fun experience
K	Kate Ayers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took the Wonders of Asian Street Food class. Lots of variety in the tasty dishes, fast moving, lots of hands on, great explanations with a big dose of humour. The tips John gave were helpful and the recipes were easy to replicate at home. The price of the class is reasonable and lots to eat. Nice to have somewhere close to home. Will be checking out more of John's classes.

Chef John is a great teacher and the small class sizes allow everyone to get hands-on experience making the dishes. The dishes themselves are delicious and we have successfully tried our hand at replicating them at home afterwards. John does a good job with accommodating dietary restrictions. I would definitely recommend taking one of these classes.

I like how Chef John tries not to overwhelm us with difficult recipes and he is always willing to share his knowledge. One does not need cooking skill in order to attend the class. I am mostly seated enjoying a good meal watching chef demonstration. There are some light work out participating in a portion of the cooking process but not crazy. There is so much food though in small portions, I almost couldn’t finish it.
O	Omar Tsai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super fun experience! Came here for a valentines date nigh and it was so great! The food making + John's great personality made the experience simply wonderful! I recommend this place for friends / dates and of course, people looking to learn some cooking while having fun :D For those who have trouble finding the place, it's located on the first floor of the market close to the pizza shop.

John made the cooking class a lot of fun, and he did an incredible job engaging with the group and creating a fun atmosphere to learn and enjoy. We had an awesome meal, and at the end got all the recipes to take home and use again on our own. We have already cooked one of the recipes ourselves, and it was an excellent meal. I would highly recommend Quay Experiences for an enjoyable experience (as an individual, a couple, or with a group)

Chef John was an attentive host, always ensuring that everyone was in the right track and provided assistance when necessary. Chef John and his team were very organized. The only thing I might change is being some containers to take some of the food home for lunch the next day. There was so much food. All of it was amazing! Such a fun experience! I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a cooking experience or gifting such an experience.
S	Steph Sia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent experience! I took my fiancé and future sister-in-law here and the food, the demonstration and hands-on experience were greatly balanced. I’ve taken cooking classes at Dirty Apron which is a completely different concept than this. Chef John did a great job at giving everyone a role in participating. The Spanish tapas class was awesome and way more food than expected! You’ll go home with leftovers or be super stuffed (as we were) if you try and eat at all. Don’t forget to bring your own wine!
