We had a great experience thanks to outstanding service by Sahil from front desk. Our deluxe room was enormous, recently renovated, with some thoughtful touches to the decor. The only minor inconvenience was the temperature - it was a little cold and we couldn't find the thermostat. However, there were plenty of warm blankets so it was not a big deal.

My stay at the Lonsdale Quay Hotel was a very good experience, made especially so by Sahil, at the front desk. I have never met anyone more kind and considerate in the service industry. He is a perfect example of what excellent customer service really is. He went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. Sahil exemplifies quality service which a lot of businesses need more of.

I have stayed at the Lonsdale Quay hotel for years for it's excellent location in North Vancouver and proximity to the Sea Bus. The two floors of market below the hotel mean I can get literally anything I crave by simply walking out the lobby. I have always found the staff friendly and accommodating. It is a real treat to look out at the harbor when your life is normally land locked. The rooms are large, clean and quiet. No complaints from this happy traveler!

The first couple days were great. But then the construction started. Hotels should NOT be allowed to rent out rooms if construction is going to disrupt their guests’ sleep at 6AM two mornings in a row. I got 50% refund for the two nights which quite frankly is NOT enough given that I was inconvenienced and exhausted rather than provided with a full nights sleep, the least I can expect from a hotel room. The management then called me after reading my review and asked me to delete the review clarifying that the discount was actually only 15% and that they would further discuss a bigger refund only IF I deleted my review. The customer service was absolutely ridiculous and the manager was so rude despite my being extremely polite. My call was then transferred to Nikhil and after several phone calls and yet another splitting migraine, all they could offer me is a 20% discount for the two nights. So very disappointed and upset. Never returning back here again.

Staff were very pleasant, the hotel however was in incredibly dated. took 12 minutes for shower to deliver hot water while running. The shower plumbing was super noisy ie: loud squeeling noise constant. Elevator was quite possibly the slowest i have ever been on with only one of two working. This made the wait quite long and even longer if one was observing pandemic distancing. Room heating was either too hot or got cold when it was shut off. The room heater looked like something from the sixties and worked about as well. Obviously the "thermostat" was not working properly as it was too hot on the lowest setting. Also the bottom of the bathtub was in dire need of re-glazing. Wifi was super slow. Price was too high for what was offered even with the hospital patient break we were getting. Parking not included and cost 28 dollars for overnight. Only redeeming quality was the staff.

This was our home away from home for 6 days and we had the best experience. The rooms are comfortable especially the executive suite but what's really nice about this hotel is that it's attached to the Lonsdale Quay Market with a ton of great shops, food ventors and even a brewery. The location was perfectly on the waters edge and close to the Seabus to get downtown in 15 min but if you never left the hotel and market you'd have everything you'd need. The staff were sweet and showed compassion for the COVID traveling hoops we had to jump through to get there. I wouldn't stay anywhere else!

The hotel is on the third floor. The location is great, as it's right next to the SeaBus. It was clean and well sized. There was a door that you could open, but no balcony. They charge like $28 a day for parking, so you might be better off going to a lot that's a block away, it's a little cheaper.

This was by far a great hidden gem near the heart of Vancouver. The location on the quay and being just steps away from the sea bus was what initially had me looking into this location as a place to stay while in the city before a cruise, but it turned out to be an amazing place overall. The front desk staff were fantastic and the luggage hold that they offer pre and post stay allowed us to get into Vancouver really early and explore that first day Hassel free. Being part of the market this allowed us to grab some fresh fruits and really make the most out of the day. The room was large and well lit with natural light, the furniture was nice except the mini fridge was a little older and while it worked just fine was on the small side. The only other issue is one I have almost anywhere the shower heads are below 6 feet tall so luckily it was one that you could use in a hand held mode as well. The room was cleaned daily and the staff were once again fantastic. You did also get daily vouchers for some money off of breakfast or lunch in the hotel restaurant as breakfast is not included but with the market so close and being close to other shops and restaurants in downtown Vancouver this was hardly an inconvenience or a negative in my opinion. Overall I have already recommended this location to others even before my trip was over and have continued to recommend it to others going for a cruise soon from Vancouver.
