★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t bother staying here if you’re Black! Booked a room here for my birthday and during check-in I was disrespected! The White guest behind me was treated like gold! Never staying here ever again.
The “Manager” offered me free breakfast…. What the hell am I doing with that?!? Thanks racists! I was better off crossing the border and celebrating in Seattle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved it. Great location. Tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel and facilities were modern and clean. View of the water amazing. 5 minute walk to the seabus. The Lobby restaurant was great too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checkin was very quick. We were given a mountain view (as requested)room at the end of the 6th floor. It was right above the street and thought it might be noisy. It wasn’t at all. Perfect 8hours sleep 5 nights in a row on a very comfy mattress with the best pillows ever. Cleaning staff always asked what time was best to clean the room and we’re always in the hallway with a big smile. We wanted to enjoy the 3rd floor patio but it was too windy. Great place to enjoy morning coffee weather depending. We would stay here again in a minute. Very happy without choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is located in a quiet and beautiful area, surrounded by restaurants and well connected by bus and seabus to Downtown.
The rooms are classic but comfortable.
I did miss a few important things like a decent hair dryer and a buffet breakfast. There was very little choice for vegetarians and on some days there was not even non-dairy milk for the coffee or just some cornflakes.
The iacuzzi was too hot and there were only 2 sun lounger in the pool area.
The hotel staff is nice, they lend you an umbrella if it rains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a lovely stay in a king harbour view room this week! We brought our dog along too. The room was clean and furnished with a microwave, large fridge and a safe. We had a small balcony which was nice to get some fresh air. The pool was clean and staffed with a lovely welcoming employee. Highly recommend the harbour view, it’s so nice to watch the sunset over downtown Vancouver. We will stay again in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Pinnacle Hotel: a 5 star, 4 star hotel. Parking and lobby access are around back- where you’ll find friendly, helpful staff who are well resourced to deliver timely guest services. The rooms are on the smaller side, but very clean and modern. The decor you ask? The rooms are warm and uncluttered, suggesting an understated mid-century flair. Framed black and white prints provide a decent sense of decorative albeit neutral visuals. The bathroom (unfortunately) stares out through a wall of glass that makes someone showering all too visible to the room occupants (Yes, our photo depicts a shower curtain relocated to the living room side for privacy of any bathroom occupants). The venetian blinds on the bathroom window are at best an afterthought to modesty…. All considered, this is one of the best North Vancouver hotels. I’d easily refer my family and friends to the Pinnacle…. There are fantastic amenities nearby and a great bar/restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing water front location . Beautiful views and things to do in the area. The hotel is rated at 5 stars but really is closer to being 3.5 - 4 stars . Priced a bit too high for the room size . Hotel Service was great, pool and spa are exceptionally good and clean. The Lobby Restaurant is a great place to start everyday and have a nice breakfast. Make sure you try their Salmon Benny.- yum

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We brought our family here for a mini getaway. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. Excellent location! The restaurant had a kid's menu and the food was so good. The room was cute. All around - great stay!!!
