Paola was so professional, patient, friendly, and accommodating. The Hotel is very lucky to have her representing them. If you would like to book one of the venues at their hotel, speak with Paola because she is amazing! - Lida and Majid
J	Jacob Maybe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every staff member goes above and beyond the call of duty, quickly and with good cheer. I hope they're compensated well because they're working for it. Facilities are nice. Dumbbells in the exercise room is always a pleasant surprise. Great restaurant on site.

Always very welcoming and ready to answer any inquiries. Recommend that some bathrooms need to be upgraded and modernized. Will certainly look forward to our next stay at your Hotel Many thanks

Well lit with natural light and set up with all our needs for a slideshow. Delicious catered food from the hotel restaurant. Will definitely recommend this place to stay or organize an event.

Before booking this place compared the price with similar hotels and believe that this one was the best amongst the others. Location of the hotel is one of the greatest advantages that will give you a very easy access to the highways and the free parking will allow you to save the parking fee.

Requested an early check in as well as a late check out, and the staff accommodated us without issue. Restaurant's on site are fairly good, and the hotel is an easy 5 minute walk to the grocery store. That being said , location is very good, but there isnt much of a view, although it is close to bus stops so its easy to get access to everything. The prices were fairly good compared to other hotels in the area. I would 100% stay again, as well as recommend my friends and family to stay here.

Staff was very accommodating and kind. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfortable the rooms were. Only annoying thing was the coin laundry and the only ATM machine they had was in the lounge which wasn't open until 11. Overall had a great stay and would definitely go back

The location was amazing and the free parking in the heart of Vancouver was a gift from heaven. Everything in the 1 bedroom apartment was tailored to the comfort of the guest, and the coffee machine made sure that I had all my supply of coffee and tea. But the best part of my stay was the understanding and hospitality of Ms Charmaine Elam, the hotel manager. She did everything possible to make the the guests feel welcome and at home. When I even requested a late check out, she was there to resolve all issues and ensure the comfort of the guests. In really congratulate IHG for having a manager like her. I strongly recommend this hotel!
