very comfy beds too, i stayed on the second floor and even had a balcony!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were nice and clean, we had a patio that looked right at our vehicle so we didn't worry about it. Staff were very friendly, and breakfast was amazing! Perfect place to go if your a small town kind of person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service at the front desk, very professional, friendly and helpful. The whole hotel seems to have been renovated or is kinda new because it looks quite nice. Comfortable beds and pillows made for great sleep after working all day. I'd def recommend this hotel to any of my friends and acquaintances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been traveling to Alaska and this was our last hotel we stayed at in Canada, but by far the best! They are pet friendly and the whole experience was fantastic. The rooms are beautiful, the staff is friendly, they have wonderful breakfast options. It's a bit pricey if you just pop in but I'm sure this wonderful hotel has deals if you look. Would stay here anytime I'm in Whitecourt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible sound proofing, can hear absolutely everything going on in the rooms around you and in the hallway, the doors aren't designed to be soft close so every door slams shut constantly. The staff are great but you can't fix a flawed hotel at the very foundation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk went from above and beyond our expectations.
I was picking up breakfast at reception area for my wife because she is taking care of our 2 months old baby at our hotel room and they just run out of sausages so they decided to put extra egg, pancakes and bacon on both of takeaway hot breakfast packages and even offered us a bottled water without even asking them.
I forgot the names of the two front office staff but you ladies are the epitome of hospitality services.
I really appreciate the fact that you had me waited there just to give us a hot food during a bad winter storm.
Keep up the best work and will definitely recommend this to our family, friends and to anyone stopping by at Whitecourt?
