β β β β β Lynn at the front is lovely, the rooms are clean and comfortable - I had the option of spending my 15 day shifts NW of Spirit River in Dawson Creek or Grande Prairie and chose to stay here again because it was such a pleasant experience.

β β β β β Used to stay here a lot. New management took over a couple of years ago and they are just running the place into the ground and stripping as much cash as possible. Even worse now the patch is so quiet. Price kept going up and the rooms kept going down. Lots of better choices nearby.

β β β β β The rooms are grimy and the bedding and towels are thin with wear. No toiletries except soap. Quilts are ragged with holes. Pillows are very cheap and lumpy. The reason for this is to save money. the managers push their cleaning staff to βhurry hurry hurryβ. When staff take extra time to clean grime off walls or cupboards etc they get in heck for taking too long.

β β β β β We have family that we visit here quite often and this is the hotel we've always stayed in. It used to be a clean place but when we arrived the room looked as though it wasn't cleaned at all. The pillow case was dirty the beds looked as though they had been sat on, the floor wasn't swept and the tub was gross, it was hard to tell whether it was dirt or stained that bad! We checked in early and we're told they might not have the rooms cleaned which was understandable, we came back in the evening and it hadn't been touched!! We won't be staying here again!!!

β β β β β The rooms were grimy and the bedding was thin with wear. No toiletries except for bar soap. Bedding is old and yellow, blankets have holes from cigarettes and the pillows are old and smell old. The walls are grimy and are never washed. The microwave had stuff that was splashed on the outside and never washed. Our coffee pot still had coffee grounds in the bottom of the pot. Spend a little more money and time to clean the place up. I know this motel has not had any upgrade for a long time. And the price is not cheap for the place your staying in.

β β β β β I stayed in the motel for 3 weeks. The small bar of soap lasted 2 days, but was replaced 1 week after it was used up. I purchased hand soap from the grocery store.. There were no bottles of shampoo. The rooms have no smoking signs on them but the tub has many old cigarette burns on the rim. The floor had two soft spots that felt as though they could break through the floor if too much pressure was placed on it.
I don't drink coffee, so it took me 4 days before i noticed that there was coffee in the pot and there was mold in it.. Also, on the shelf above the coat rack, someone had left a handful of Cheezies before i got there. I have pictures of these, as i wanted to know how long it would take to clean them up. They never were...
the one thing they were diligent in getting was the rent payment.
I'd recommend avoiding this place, Stay in Rycroft if you can, or your vehicle if you can't.
