★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Side walks were maintained. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of different options. Check in as always is a breeze and staff are helpful with information you can use during your stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front staff were nice. Room was clean without bad smell. Bed was comfortable. Found some rust around the bathtub, but it was bearable for one night stay. Breakfast was disappointing, I had to go out for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like staying at Holiday Inn properties because I know the service is uniformed throughout. Enjoy my second stay at this hotel. The breakfast staff were welcoming and cheerful. The house staff always greet us in the hallways. Management, not so much. Walked right by us. The front desk staff were quick to help. Thanks for a great stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was friendly, I had a special request and they exceeded any expectations I had with it, and the front desk staff did a great job explaining any questions I had about prices and my stay. If I’m ever in Whitecourt again I will be staying here!

Public access com. Is like the 10$ vacuum from the dollar store... Sucks very slowly...
Got frustrated after 15 min to pref. Basic task.
Rebooted, enabled super user... Turned a bunch of nonsense off and sent out some emails...
Self restore/tamper proof comps normally make sense unless they make doing an more or less impossible..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a long stressful drive from Alaska, the service here has been incredible. Staff is very nice, respectful and helpful! We have (still in the process) problems with our batteries from our truck and they have been giving us all the help they can give, words cannot describe how this takes off a good amount of stress & worries off our backs! Highly recommend this hotel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check in was quick and the room was clean and ready for guests. The bed was great and cozy making for a good sleep. Breakfast had a good variety but the scrambled eggs and omelets were dry and had been out too long. Not sure how they can avoid that but I've had better at other properties. I'd go again though. Just choose a different breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean quiet hotel that's really close to downtown. I didn't get a chance to get breakfast but it smelled great.
The only thing I'd say is that they had me on the second floor facing the parking lot and when I went to go close the curtain to sleep, only the sheet curtains close all the way.
Other than that, this is a great place to stay.
