T	Teresa van Bryce on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at this motel because of the good reviews. Not sure if they were old reviews or I was unlucky but my experience was quite different. Everything in the room was coated with dust and the floor was so dirty I didn't want to walk from bed to the bathroom without slipping my shoes on. The water system was so loud, when the shower in the neighbouring room came on in the morning it woke made my nearly deaf dog startle awake. The included breakfast had been downgraded to a bagged muffin, granola bar, and juice due to Covid. I understand the need for a change but neither a semi-dry muffin loaded with chocolate chips or a granola bar also loaded with chocolate constitute breakfast for me. I'm headed back through Whitecourt in two weeks and I'll be staying somewhere else.

The rooms that are renovated are very functional, clean and feel like a home away from home. The kitchenettes are very well stocked, providing you with everything you need. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and their breakfast (included with the room) is great. Highly recommend!
S	Stacy “Straystace” Robson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Older place I think a bit overpriced for what you get and ac was only blowing air not cold air wasn't turned before we arrived was over 40 celcius when we arrived inside 7PM, was 33 outside didn't cool down until around 4AM no windows that open Desk did provide a fan for the room and offered a room swap, we didn't take as already unloaded into the room. Breakfast was offered was decent.
T	Tracy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: We called to request a quieter room and the staff moved us right away upstairs away from the other guests and the room was a lot quieter so we could sleep. It is renovated and very comfortable and nice. Very clean. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Other than the thin walls it's a good place to stay.. Negative: We were placed on main floor originally where all the other guests that night were also placed. There must not much soundproofing as we could very clearly hear our neighbor loudly talking..
C	Chance Chopp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is approachable and accommodating. Rooms vary apparently, but our rooms were just fine. Cool on those plus 40 days we had recently and beds were comfortable enough for me after a 12 hr shift. They let you use the BBQ which is a plus.
S	Season Dyck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well. Not so appealing on the outside. But wow. Shocked with the interior of the room. Got a bed suite. Gorgeous. I being a can opener to every hotel when away from home for work. But never needed to bring anything extra here. And spacious as well as clean.
G	Giané Pretorius on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved our stay here and highly recommend! The staff is superb, very friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The buildings are a little older looking from the outside but are very nice renovated on the inside. Had everything we wanted. Bed was comfy and the room was clean. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was one of the best!
