★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here to get my gel nails removed. Very unprofessional, there were two people scraping and ripping my nails with fake nails. They didn't even use the proper tools, they used fake nails. They dug the fake nails under my gel nails somehow and started ripping them. It hurt a lot, I was in pain for the rest of the day. I had told them multiple times they were hurting me but ignored me and continued. My nails were thin, jagged, and rough after. My nails are still recovering, it has been a couple weeks. Do not recomend to anyone, it was extremely painful. It also took a long time for them to take them off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an appointment 2 days prior and i got a set of gels but. She rushed me in, the tv was paused and no music. Just asked me what color i wanted and thats all she said to me.
She rushed through the whole process and she stated that one was crooked and didn’t fix it I I was like whatever but then when I went home I noticed I had several bubbles underneath the paint and it started cracking I had more than just one that was crooked too. There was a lady getting her nails done before me and she left after me the whole process took like 35 to 40 minutes not even. Another lady came in and they lit up and turned the music on had conversations. Very disappointing and Rushed with 2 hours till close so i dont recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the herbal pedicure and then my nails shortened and a polish change. It was about $100. I do wish the pedicures were even $5 cheaper but I was very happy with what I had done. I also had an ingrown toe nail and the lady took extreme care to remove it and constantly checked to see if I was ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first manicure in three years. Took my girls for for a treat and asked for a basic manicure and to repair one of my natural nails with glue. The glue let go that night. The tech was too rushed to even let them dry, 3 of my nails were marked by the time I hit the car. Relaxed in a bath tub the next night, and the top layer of polish on two nails literally peeled off and floated in the tub. No communication at all. The staff were content to talk loudly amongst themselves making it impossible to talk to my kids. Now I see they couldn’t be bothered to let us know they had used gel polish for basic manicures. How do I even fix this mess?
