★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took over an hour to get because the delivery drivers car wouldn't start. Food was ice cold, missing all the dips I ordered. Missing the free 2 litre I was supposed to get for waiting so long.
Came to drop off my dips and 4 small pops but I'm STILL missing dip!!
Will not be ordering from here again ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serious food poisoning at this location. Hubs and I both were very sick for 5 days. Owner denies any responsibility says they can give me a credit. Why would I want a credit to eat somewhere that made my family sick. Alberta health has launched a health investigation as we did not ingest anything abnormal beside the pizza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently went to Panago Pizza in Morinville. It was clean and this family owned establishment was so friendly.
I ordered three pizzas all different as I needed a vegetarian, a gluten free and meat pizza . The lady took her time to wash her hands before making the gluten free pizza, which was nice to see.The pizza were cooked perfectly.
Got them home and everyone enjoyed their owns pizza. Well done Panago, we will definitely be back!! ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited later in the evening and ordered a vegan pizza. The employee (perhaps the owner?) noticed that my order was plant-based, and he cleaned off the pizza cutter before using it on my order. It really meant a lot he put in the extra care and attention to do that without me asking. I will go out of my way to visit this store more often due to small act of consideration. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First visit: We tried this location on a Sunday, early afternoon. The store is very clean, the employees were very friendly, and the food was fresh and hot. The wait for a large pizza, a small pizza, and a Caesar salad was exceptionally short, and the pizzas were delicious. Unfortunately, I was given a Hot Cayenne Sauce dip instead of Caesar Salad dressing for my salad - the receipt showed Caesar was selected but someone grabbed the wrong sauce. I didn't end up trying to eat my salad until the next day with storebought dressing and the lettuce was limp and the croutons were soggy by that point so I didn't eat it. It looked fresh and crisp when I first received it, though. We will be back, but we will double check our order before we go next time. :)
Second visit: We ordered two large pizzas, one pepperoni, one ham and bacon, and a Caesar salad. We only noticed the issues once we arrived home - 20 minutes away. We were not given the discount deal for the salad (should have been $3 instead of $5.75), and our ham and bacon pizza has neither topping we ordered, and we live too far away and it's too late in the day to drive back to get a replacement. I understand it is a new store but this is frustrating. The food is still good for what it is, but I highly recommend you check EVERYTHING including the receipt before you leave the building.
