D	Dominic Terrault on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their sales dept is excellent. They were very professional, easy to talk to and they helped me with everything I was looking for. Their service dept on the other hand is terrible. When I first purchased my trailer, I did a walk around with a salesman and I noticed there were a few things that needed to be fixed. I was told they would be fixed when I came back to pick up my trailer. Nothing was fixed. One of the speakers for the sound system inside was still blown, the screen on my door was still ripped and out of place, and instead of replacing one of the window screens with a new piece they put silicone on the metal frame where it snapped and tried to hide it back in the window. One trip I noticed I had a small leak in the roof so I brought it back because I have 10 year minimum warranty on it. When I went to pick it up from them they were charging me over $600 for the small fix and trying to find a loophole in my warranty saying it was the silicone between the roof and one of the vents on top of my roof. I’m no trailer expert but I’m pretty sure that’s still part of my roof and should be covered under warranty. I’ve had to bring in my trailer 5-6 times in the last two years and I still have to bring it in for another water leak they never fixed. If you need service on your trailer I would take it elsewhere

Z	Zaeus Coulic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Back in February we had found a trailer we were interested in and drove 4.5hrs to to purchase it. Salesman Travis took the time to explain the features of the Jayco travel trailer. We ended up buying it. There were a few workmanship issues that were written down on the final invoice. Anything else found while pre-delivery anf final cleaning was to be noted and remedied before picking the trailer up in April. The previous issues mentioned in February were not taken care of ! The cabinet door was still crooked....Luckily the two technicians (Nick & Zebee) installing the equalizer hitch took the time to fix the cupboard door issue. The trailer was to be washed inside and out for final delivery. Upon arriving to get the trailer, the outside was washed, but the inside not. The floor was dirty and there was no evidence of any cleaning besides vacuuming the 2 kids mattresses. This could have been a great experience with a glowing review. All that was required would have been for the Salesman to acknowledge us upon arrival and a little follow thru on his part.
N	Nichola Wade on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a 5th wheel in early April - we were required to wait til May 13th to pick up trailer as they had to schedule the PDI - and the AMVIC Mechanical Fitness Assessment along with checks promised on their brochures. Got it home - clearly none of this has been done (burnt wires etc.) no paperwork and certainly no work done - contacted the Service Department and they sent a 12 month old recon report. Contacted the Manager and now no response. One star given coz you cant get any lower. They didnt even give us the paper work for our new batteries purchased and installed by them - DONT buy from these folks.

I had my new (to me) Jayco dewinterized for the season and it was my first time having to figure out the water heater. With the service department closed, Travis talked me through it and even gave me his cell number to send pics. Thankfully, he was able to solve it. He went above and beyond for me. Quality professional help. Thanks, Travis!!
B	Brent Daelman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Summary in 1 word, BRUTAL! Sales was half decent but anything afterward was ridiculous. The 2 best days with my $70K Jayco trailer was the day a picked it up and the day I sold it 2 years later. Goodbye overpriced junk! Onto a completely different make and I'm glad I did. The warranty they rave about was almost the worst part of the entire deal. In the photo was how they attempted to repair the bow in the wall after 2 years of warranty battles! Hammered that 2x4 in so tight it left a permanent dent in the other side. "Sealed underbelly" we paid for was Essentially plastic cardboard and the mouse control we paid for just flat out was a scam. I can go on and on, and so should you.... else where.

Every single person we dealt with was so friendly and always willing to answer our questions, but a special shout-out to Rick!! When we came to pickup our new trailer we did a walk through with Rick and couldn't have been happier. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient and literally went the extra mile when the lights weren't working properly. He didn't hesitate for a second to throw on his coveralls and slide under the truck to see what was going on. We are very happy campers!!
