Was told they would be fixed no problem, one was an anchor for the hauling motorcycle/quad the other drawer not staying in track. When we came to pick up trailer both "looked" fix but later we found they just kinda glued it on so it looked fixed until you leave the lot. To their credit they did fix the anchor by calling in a qualified tech. the drawer i fixed myself a couple of weeks later. Was even more disappointed to find out the fix was only a $5.00 C clamp that they could have really fixed easily the first time instead of cheaping out with a dab of "crazy glue". Love the RV but the experience there leaves a lot to be desired.

I was extremely pleased at the lack of dodgy sales tactics, and I feel like I bought from the best place in the province. Don't hesitate to give these guys your business, they'll show you why they're the best! Would up it to 6 stars if I could.

We came across a Facebook listing by Bigfoot RV Sales and went out to take a look. Ken graciously opened up the trailer in their storage yard on a dreadfully cold day for us to see it. We went home and decided that weekend that it was not the trailer for us but that we loved the Bigfoot RV guys and definitely wanted to give them our business if we found something. Another one did come up and we went to see a comparable model at a large RV franchise in Edmonton, it was nice, but the sale felt rushed and the vibe just didn't fit us. We returned to see Ken and quickly decided that Bigfoot had the trailer for us! Not only did they go above and beyond but they also gave us a much better deal than the big guys AND fixed a patch (it was only a cosmetic concern on my part) for no charge! We were still back and forth a few times, they ended up storing the trailer for us until we could get a hitch figured out for pick up and answered any of our numerous questions without complaint. These guys are exactly what we needed for our first buying experience and gave us so much more than just the trailer we purchased, they gave us their genuine interest and time. I would tell anyone looking for a trailer to check them out first, ask questions, you will not be disappointed!

They truly do care about their customers and went above and beyond to make us happy. From the start we dealt with Kylie and then did financing with Chris. Both of these guys were so easy to talk to and made us feel like a part of the family as they took such good care of us. We noticed a few small things upon picking up our trailer and they were more than happy to help fix it up before we left the lot. This is a small dealership but if you ever go there, they treat you like family and make sure you are completely satisfied. I highly recommend coming to see these guys if you are in the market for a trailer as they have really good prices and really take care of you here. We originally were going to buy a trailer elsewhere and are soooo thankful we did not go with the other place as they were not as caring or open about things and the fact we got a newer trailer for less money than what the other place was going to charge us made it worth it even more. Thanks again Kylie and Chris for helping us out and we 100% will return to you guys in the future. Also wanted to say thank you to the kind young lady that did our orientation of the trailer as well as the tech they had there at the time that also helped us out by fixing a drawer for us.
