★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in to rebalance and rotate wheels. Found an issue with on tire that needed replacing. Also needed to replace hub and breAks. All of which were totally unexpected. They ended up giving me a ride to my house. I was expecting them to call the next day to notify my truck was fixed but they called at the end of the day knowing it was my family vehicle and i needed it back asap. They staid at the shop late to get it done. And they also picked me back up from my house as well. Couldnt recommend these guys more. Im super happy and and appreciative. Thanks fellas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to get some tires put on I brought in, the owner was extremely knowledgeable. The front office staff was also very friendly and accommodating. If I could give more then 5 stars, I would. Definitely going to be my new tire/auto repair shop from now on.

I bought a vehicle this past weekend, and as I was driving home it began to shake. I gave this shop a call, and they were amazing!!! I got in quick, and easy before my evening shift! A huge thank you to Scott & Phil! Both so informative and quick thinking! Best tire/automotive shop out there, I will definitely be returning!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my opinion. This is the best mechanic shop in or out of morinville. Everyone is very knowledgeable, polite. And they do care that your car/truck gets back to you in tip top shape. I wouldn’t go anywhere else with my vehicle. I’ve only met Scott the owner/head mechanic. and Phil at the front desk. And they really know there stuff. It’s nice having someone at the front desk that knows the ins and outs of your vehicle. Rather than someone that is just there for a check. They really do care that your vehicle is running in tip top shape. Just got my 3500 Cummins back from getting deleted and I couldn’t be happier. They did it quick and an amazing job. Feels like the truck hasn’t ran this good since I owned it. If your undecided on a mechanic. Just go here. You will not be disappointed at all. Keep up the good work OKtire. You’ll be getting my business in the future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unreal custumer service. I took my SUV in to get my winter tires put on, I didn't have a ride home so I was going to wait. The owner offered to drive me home in my own vehicle and then drive it back to the shop to switch the tires. I took him up on the offer. He called me when it was done and was going to pick me up. I got a ride back from a friend, but that he offered was very nice. I would highly recommend this buisness and understand the the owner has more important things to do then offering a shuttle service. This is where my family will be taking our vehicles from now on.
