Shifter bolts fell out after about 600km. Called and recommended to ensure torque is good in the future. Guy I talked with was a little irate

Darcy Barilla did everything he could to find me the parts, tires and even body work such as a new truck box and keep things within my budget. The knowledge and costumer service is on another level to anything I have ever experienced from any other shop. Highly recommend this place for absolutely any automotive need you might have!

Recently I stopped in to book an appointment for a minor issue with my car. They took the car in the same day to assess the issue. Very happy to have found an "honest" mechanic.

C	Chris S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought RHD car in for insurance inspection. Asked for a list of what needed to be fixed for it to pass inspection. Bought parts and completed work. Brought it back in to reinspect and was told it failed again. Showed Darcy his own writing for what needed to be fixed. Got told very sarcastically that he made a mistake and was sorry "do you know how many inspections we do". Mistakes are fine, attitude is not. Then I got told they hate right hand drive cars and think they should be illegal. Why accept work on a car you hate? So they got me for 400 bucks. (I had two RHD cars inspected there) Darcy was very rude and, as I discovered too late, biased in my last encounter. Based on my conversations it has become clear they will never pass the car for inspection. I suspect they feel they are doing the world a favour by keeping a dirty RHD car off the streets. They did not charge me for the reinspection so that was nice, but I had to wait 4 hours after my appointment for them to look at the car. Overall, I disliked how I was treated, I am concerned about bias and feel I was not treated right due to having a right hand drive car. I can not comment on the quality of work from them.
