This is the best place I’ve ever worked! I just started working for Go RV and they have been nothing but helpful and encouraging. They have a great team of sharp professionals committed to finding the best fit possible for their customers. Very excited to be a part pf the team!

Alex in RV Sales was very patient with me and super nice to deal with! He was so helpful and got us exactly what we wanted. I have already referred my friend to Alex and my friend said the same thing that Alex was awesome in purchasing his new RV. Good guy for sure and all around good employees & company to deal with!

So in the end we kinda got the trailer we wanted. We bought our trailer at RV Wars in January. High pressure sales but was the trailer we were after having looked at many online. Fast forward to orientation day, we go in and guess what not the trailer we were told we were getting. No power stabilizer jacks and a couple of flaws inside the trailer that the one we looked at did not have. We were told at RV Wars we were getting the display model, well we did not. So Tia in Service was great and got right on to see about the stabilizer jacks after. We were still told twice that "oh this trailer does not come with power jacks". Ha ha we had pictures of the trailer at RV Wars and showed them the jacks. They did install the power stabilizer jacks for us. Fast forward, April we are getting calls about picking our trailer up after being told by Sales that we could store it there until May. Brittany was great however, each time she called, and me saying our lot still is covered in snow. First weekend in May we go to pick up our trailer. So when the original orientation was done in February we had no paperwork nothing so could not review the extras that we paid for with the service tech and needless to say we were a little thrown off because it was not the trailer we were told we were getting. So on pickup we ask if someone can review those things with us and the response from the very less than pleasant girl in service was "we book orientations at $200.00 per hour". Not going to lie I said some choice words and walked away. Trailer comes out, we back in and there are Kyle and Chico. Now these two guys know what customer service is about. They were absolutely wonderful. This being our first trailer and all they walked us through everything, made sure everything was working and really went above and beyond. Even though it was not their job to they reviewed the extras we were asking about and made sure everything was done. Thank you, thank you Kyle and Chico you really were the best part of our first travel trailer buying experience.

Great purchasing experience. We met with a fellow named Eddie at the RV show and couldn’t come to a decision. When we called Eddie he was so happy to hear from us and was so accommodating when we asked to come into the dealership to see a few other trailers. We luckily found our dream trailer and were given a really fair deal. Everyone was so professional and addressed all of our concerns. We had previously shopped a few other dealers and weren’t treated well at all! I would highly recommend GORV to anyone looking to find a great trailer, get good service and get all the added perks of buying with them. Thanks so much for the amazing experience, Eddie and team .

Famous last words, "we are just looking"... At GoRv, we walked in to see a variety of floor plans and have a better idea of what we wanted. It was then we met Robbie! He was welcoming, polite, and wanted to hear what we were looking for. He knows his inventory because the first trailer he showed us, we purchased. There was no pressure, he showed us a variety of units, and wanted to know us better to really try and meet our needs. There was a moment, I felt anxious, overwhelmed, and uncertain what to do. We were able to go for a walk, think about our purchase, and allowed the time to process our decision. Robbie gathered our information and Kyle assisted us in the finance department. Both gentlemen were accommodating, and supportive to our schedule. The whole experience was pleasurable and against my beliefs of 'salesman's'. We could not have asked for better.

I was looking for a small cargo trailer last August and went in to Go RV in Edmonton and talked to Eddie and Joe. They told me they had taken one in trade that was in good condition. I liked the trailer and asked what I could get it for while waiting in the showroom Joe noticed me looking at a Triumph motorcycle. He suggested I should pick it up to and they gave me a deal I couldn’t refuse so I ended with a really great bike and a trailer. I left very happy with my experience at Go RV. Both Eddie and Joe were great to deal with.

Talk to Eddie in sales for a look at some great campers - very knowledgeable and friendly - he made the shopping process as fun as it could be. He even came over and said hello when I was picking up the trailer a week and a half later after it had gone through the detail bays and was ready for delivery. The entire parts and service department is also very good to deal with. Friendly, courteous, and quick witted. They made the process quick and easy, and even took the time to repair on the spot before I took our new trailer home.
