★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We entered the casino and nobody checked the id before entering. We were there for almost 2-3 hours. After that we told the guest services that we don’t have physical ids and they suddenly remember that no one can enter without physical id. Even though we tried to show the digital ids. But the employees over there were super rude. They have no ground manners of how to talk to people. If they have done their job properly by checking every customer’s id we didnt have to face the humiliation. Instead of admitting their mistake she poured out all of the anger on us.
I would never recommend this place to anyone. One of the worst casino in edmonton. So beware before going.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited here for a lunch and small money wasting date. The casino bar brought back memories of Vegas with how clean and new it was. We had fun shredding a few 20s in the machines and walked out at only a 50% loss. Lots of machines to play and it wasn't that busy making it easy to try new ones. Overall it was a nice break for a couple hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave it a 2 simply because we enjoyed gambling. However they need to get a new chef in charge of the kitchen. Steak was over done, chicken strips and fries underdone. Not a hard order to do even for the most basic of cooks! This is our second bad experience regarding food, we have a 2 strikes you're out motto regarding this. I forgot to mention flat pop and bar staff not knowing why? Change co2 tank!! Obvious manager of the bar to busy flirting with the servers!! Tall guy with the pretty haircut an flower pattern shirt!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What happened?! We used to LOVE eating here, but since returning after the renovations the food quality has absolutely plummeted!
Deep fried EVERYTHING! Gnarly looking and greasy, over breaded, over greased tasting. (Why in the world would you bread and deep fry a pork chop?!)
Whatever changed I hope they charge it back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday at around 6:00 p.m. 4 of us went to the casino in order to try the steak and shrimp special. Needless to say, it was absolutely horrible!!!! The steaks are obviously pre-cooked as we had our meal within 10 minutes of ordering it. Although the baked potato and vegetables were excellent, the steak both the medium x 2 and medium rare x 2 were like shoe leather. Never will return for that special again and strongly advise that some other method be used to prepare the steaks ahead of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I spent about 2 hours playing roulette. Miriam and Darcy ran the table, and they were fantastic! Friendly, helpful (we don't really gamble and were learning), they made us feel very comfortable. Our waitress was lovely as well and remembered our drink orders without me having to ask. We will definitely be back due to the wonderful hospitality of the staff! Thank you, Miriam and Darcy! ?
