★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunate that I have to leave this review. I've been told great things of the products from Purdys but recently the store has been closed during hours they have stated to be open. I also recently saw a female employee from Purdys walk down the hallway yelling and flipping people off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't been to the mall since the pandemic but had to stop in to get some clothes. I went to Purdys to get a couple items and was very impressed by the staff person working the store. She was very pleasant and was helpful when making some choices at the counter. I really appreciated the time she took and how genuine she was in providing a great shopping experience. If the manager reads this and wants to share with her the receipt said her name was Lucy. Have a great day!

Went to the mall with my son on Thursday (8/26/21) later in the day and they were pretty busy but still took the time for me and my son to pick out our treats.
I was actually shocked on how courteous they were towards us, we were actually very uncertain and undecided on what we wanted( kid in a candy shop Scenario ?)
We were offered samples that helped our decision process, thank you!! While grabbing our samples all sanitary precautions were taken.
Courteous employees and great chocolate I was quite impressed with the customer service that I was given if I could give them 6 stars I would
