The best Purdys in Victoria by far! Awesome attentive staff always getting the seasonal and specials in first. Definitely try out a fantabulous milkshake! Worth every penny!!

Nice little chocolate shop off the beaten track a little bit. I love to get the fresh chocolate dipped ice cream bars. The chocolate is very high quality, and you can get them with nuts or sprinkles. The boxed chocolates are a little expensive, but very good.

Had a good experience here! Was able to find what I was looking for quickly and then get on my way. The employee who helped me behind the counter was friendly. There are so many different product options to choose from, and everything looks delicious. Have it clearly in mind what you're going to get before you go, because otherwise you might be tempted to buy more than you went for! ;)

Best Purdys expereince to date! On a trip to Victoria popped in to the store and was delighted ? to be greated by a delightful girl with short brown hair. This employee helped me find chocolates for everyone on my list, polite and some samples helped make some pretty sweet choices! I was wanting to share my postive experience with the employee and have her recognized in some way by her company, but the girl said there was only a text message survey that didn't even let us rate a specific employee! Hoping you can implement something to help recognize some of the outstanding work your Frontline staff does to represent your brand! In summary head here first when in search of seasonal favourites and sweet and unique gifts for friends, family and all occasions!

Update July 2019, after I posted my previous review, I was contacted repeatedly by the company, apologizing for this rude behavior described below and asking me even more ???. They assured me that this would be looked into and taken very seriously. They also said that the local store would be contacting me to " make it right" which I assumed meant some complimentary products. That never happened. I'd give no stars if I could, based on this experience and lousy follow-up but 1 it will have to be. I'm heading back to Bernard C. for much better chocolate and no bad attitude there. ........ Previous 2 star review.... Didn't try any of the chocolates so this review does not include that section of the store. My husband and I were craving an ice cream cone today and noticed this shop also sold ice cream. The 2 stars are for the ice cream, it was average and over priced for what you get. Zero stars for the RUDE young woman (short, no glasses, around 20?) who was serving today (April 29, around 3 pm). Absolutely no people skills. ?? She actually snapped at me when I asked about choices for cones, no smiles, no thank you....even acted all stupid when my husband asked about their frequent purchase cards, which he had noted on the counter (they had not been offered). As it turns out, we won't be using any frequent purchase cards anyway! First impressions DO count. This clerk gave a very bad one for this brand today. We will be steering clear of the bad vibes at this shop. The other ice cream shop (Marble Slab) at this mall, looks a lot nicer anyways and they make their ice cream fresh on site. Unfortunately, we saw that shop AFTER we had already bought these cones.?

A very small Purdy's location, but stocked full of chocolatey goodness! The staff have always been pleasant; very informative on how the chocolate is made, what the flavours are like and suggestions if you aren't sure what to try! Perfect for an afternoon sweet or to bring home as a souvenir - if you can stop yourself from eating them on the way home!

Delightful chocolate shop that impresses no matter the location. I've been going to Purdys for well up to 10 years for consistency and quality when looking for chocolates for all my occasions. This location is no exception to the wonderful service and selection one can expect from Purdys. The shelves always stocked fresh with the seasons best varieties and the ice cream bars are always a great treat to have! Highlight to my visit was the younger short employee whom was so knowledgeable on all the available products and what chocolates paired with others and so on. Will be back again for some Ice Cream this summer!

I am a senior. I have tasted many chocolate products. I enjoy quality. Hands down, Purdys wins. Just doesn't get better than theirs. I lost everything in my house fire. Yes it hurts and its ver very hard starting completely over at my age. But funny thing that came to mind that I said to a fireman was..” this cant be happening. Its all ruined, all gone and my boxes of purdys are gone too ! “Sigh.
