Fantastic travel agency! Cory suggested a beautiful resort in Los Cabos Mexico. It was exactly how he described it and more! He took the time to find out exactly what we wanna do on vaca and made the most perfect suggestion. Will definitely use this agency in the future. A++++

My fiancé and I came to this travel agency with almost no notice having had a horrible experience elsewhere. When went to another office (not affiliated with promenade travel agency), we were met with an agent who sat with us for 5 minutes, who wanted us to give her our info, and basically send us on our way so she could put a package together over the next week. We weren’t sure if this is customary, as we really wanted to be involved in the process of building the package, but what made the experience stand out was how unpleasant this agent was. My fiancé and I considered what other places were nearby and decided to try this agency at Promenade mall. I called from the car and spoke with Joanne, who was so kind from the get-go and booked me an appointment with Jessica, who Joanne knew was from Italy, and had a lot of experience with travel in Europe. When we walked in to the office, Jessica was already on the phone with Gogo, waiting for our arrival to start putting together our package with the help of another agent who would look into hotels. Jessica was extremely patient and spent a total of 3.5 hours with us, building a package that contained exactly what we wanted. Together with the Gogo rep on her phone, she was able to find prices that were within our budget (which was not very high if I’m honest) and always found ways to bring down the price more, and make recommendations. Joanne was also such an amazing support, pulling up flights on her end, finding us the cheapest tickets imaginable. I loved how the two women worked as a team to help us, and never made us feel like we couldn’t be involved in the process. I highly recommend either one of these amazing agents. I will definitely be coming back for future trips. Just as a side note, neither my fiancé, nor myself have been to Europe before, and for the most part knew nothing about where we wanted to go, aside from the 4 cities and countries we had chosen. We wanted to be able to book everything in one spot, and have the knowledge and input of a well-informed agent. Coming to Promenade Travel Agency was the best decision we made!

Jessica and Joanne are just really good at what they do. I did have an issue the one time with the airline, I couldn’t get a hold of them, Corey who is the owner dealt with the issue and took care of it. Thanks Corey! I have booked with these guys twice and will continue to do so.

Must share a very kind genuinely caring experience with Cory while he was trying to find me a matching flight with my partner who had booked several months ago to Europe, I have been stalling due to my mother being very ill. Having explained my situation to Cory, I was overwhelmed at his kind and sincere advice not at all trying to sell but helping me make the right decision. He was my guiding angel. I truly believe there are wonderful people out there today I met Cory. Thank you with all my heart.

I personally know Cory, he book us a trip to back home and Turkey ?? last summer. Even though we knew the risks with covid-19. We got our shots and took off...and I got tell you it was short but so satisfying to be away from lock-downs. Give them a call and ask to speak to Cory he will take care of you from A to z.
