β β β β β Please do not use this brokerage for your Traveling, especially not with Nellar. She is nice when she is booking the trip and making her commission but after that she is the most rude and ignorant person i have ever dealt with. I call in just to get some inquiries regarding the flight cancelation policy as my family is concern about the traveling now with the new restriction and omicron virus. She told me under no circumstances can a customer cancel. I reply "what if they have covid" she reply "then they can go to Hell" underneath your breath thinking I couldn't hear her. I reply with an "excuse me" she continued with "well dose she".. good thing my family doesn't, otherwise we should be going to hell according to her. I even had to hang up on her because she was being so rude, yelling and screaming at me right after I ask who can I put a complaint with regarding her tell her customer to go to hell?ββοΈ
