★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking into a house and wanted a viewing so I contacted the property management company (this one) and got into contact with Joel Thompson. He has been awful to work with. We first viewed the house Feb 4, and sent in the application the next day. After he recieved the application, we did not hear from him unless we contacted him. TO THIS DAY, he has not replied. This is awful business practice and terrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only does Joel seem to just get back to you when he feels like it, but he comes off as rude and disinterested. After seeing the reviews, seems I've dodged a bullet here.
Update: Joel didn't like my review guys. Avoid this guy like the plague, extremely unprofessional and an awful person to try and communicate with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh boy... I don’t even really know where to begin with with these guys. Issues were present from day one when I moved into a bug infested unit that reeked of a wet dog who had lived in the unit before me. To boot, there was a filthy box spring and countless other items left behind from the previous tenant. I gave Joel Thompson quite a few opportunities to fix the issues until I eventually gave up and moved on. Not just a bad landlord, a bad person. Based on Joel’s previous experience running businesses to the ground, I’d say this one isn’t far behind.
