★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dons web site offers night time drop off and Saturday pick up “by request” I needed a small part to complete my bike for the long weekend. I called at 5:00pm on Friday to see about prepaying for the part and if it could be left out side for pick up shortly after 6pm. Was not willing to work with me on getting the part, or providing an alternative solution. As a fellow rider he knows the importance of having your bike to enjoy the long weekend.
Not upset with the service given everyone has plans for long weekends but this seemed like a easy fix that required minimal effort,

We ended up working out a deal and he even helped rush the work so I could ride it that weekend
I ended up driving from Hinton to pick it up and even showed up late after hours. While being in a huge rush to get the bike, and pulling off my tool box, I didn't realize that Toyota didn't put my front box tie downs after they did a rust coating...
At this point, I was about to lay a brand new bike down in the box and drive back to Red Deer just to get it home. Don and his friend ended up helping me after hours to tie the bike to the frame of my truck for the road home
I will definitely be coming back for more suspension work the road

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suspension is the most overlooked aspect of your bike. I rode for a week on stock suspension...im 260lbs, 5'10".....lol......not fat..very muscular. I had Don do the front forks and set up the rear shock.......total night and day difference. I have run this set up for a year and put 100+ hours on my 2017 300xc.....I checked my sag May 1 2018 with a digital sag scale...its bang on....still. There was a huge difference for me. As a new rider , I would say this is the best money I have spent on my bike. This thing handles like a dream, goes where I point it and holds up on 60' jumps.
