My husband had wanted a Harley his entire life! We were told two places to visit Kanes and Harley Davidson. We were surprised to find out Kane took Harley Davidson off the floor, just in case your thinking of going there to purchase your Harley. My husband connected with a man named Troy, Troy was excellent, with honest intentions, no sales pitch and straight from the heart, a solid guy! Troy took care of us and all the steps to making this purchase one to remember. From the first Hello to the final goodbye was a great experience. "Could not have had a better experience or service" (my husband quotes ) **A tremendous insensitive ** BONUS ALERT! You receive a discount on the line of accessories and clothing within the time frame of the purchase of your bike and pick-up time. We purchased lots of things needed for a first-time rider, and the sales representative in the store was incredible; she remembered our names and took care of us in a helpful but not sales kind of way, from sizes to checking stock to tips and advice. I honestly forgot her name; however, she had blonde hair and extremely friendly. Our experience was one we will cherish as a first-time bike owner and a dream come true we could not be happier with the service we received and know we will continue to have. Five stars. ????? Ps. Newer customer to Calgary Harley Davidson. Staff was excellent. Went in to purchase oil change kit, ended up with a new leather jacket. The manager of the apparel department was top shelf in her sales approach, from knowing what might look good on someone to assisting on the fitting of the jacket and knowledge of products. Same approach as buying a suit in a men's wear shop. Excellent. Gentlemen at the parts department and service also excellent. Good on Calgary Harley for the draw for the cooler to assist Ukraine.

After bringing my 2004 Electra Glide in for a regular service last week, I wandered into the showroom to peruse the new bikes. A 2022 Heritage Classic in deep crimson caught my eye and as I was admiring it, a very pleasant sales advisor, Kat, walked over to ask if she could help me. In short, we discussed trade-in of my old faithful Hog and before long she presented me with a detailed transparent offer to upgrade to the new new bike. With a little negotiation, a deal was struck and before I knew it I had signed up for a tremendous upgrade to my old bike which I had bought from Calgary HD almost exactly 18 years ago. I was impressed with Kat's knowledge of the Harley bike lines and their individual characteristics as well as her attention to details. If you want a smooth purchasing experience and the feeling that customer satisfaction is #1 priority, just visit Calgary HD and ask for Kat - you won't be disappointed. I was also very pleased with their promotional Peace of Mind package which included a bike cover, an automatic battery charger, and a travel care kit. To me the send-off with a little bell ringing event and lots of noise & flashing lights was a nice final touch that made me feel like a valued customer. Another pleasant surprise was meeting Linley in the Finance department. She was cheerful, efficient and professional in finalizing purchase details and presenting add-on options such as extended warranty and paint protection packages without adding a lot of pressure. I left her office feeling good about my purchases and looking forward to the ride home on my new bike. The personnel in the Parts Department and Service Department have always been courteous and helpful in my experience and things have only improved since they moved from their previous location at 2245 Pegasus Road in terms of floor space and display as well as customer service. If you're interested in a new or used motorbike, I would highly recommend starting with Calgary HD.

Just bought my new Nightster here! :) I can't say enough about how great the service was in every aspect, everyone involved were so great to deal with. My salesperson Jenn Page was the first to answer the phone, invited me in and was also the first person to approach me. She listened to my needs incredibly well, walked me around the entire place, answered all my questions, clearly provided the process or "next steps" if I wanted to proceed with something. Great salesmanship! My delivery experience was second to none, Linley handled all paperwork quickly and easily and was full of energy! They make you ring a bell while all the staff honked horns while you took the delivery of your bike. It's a small thing but it made it special. Very happy I chose Harley Davidson Calgary!

Got my Harley from there. People are amazing. Jennifer was able to find the colour I wanted. She is always amazing and informative. Honestly, this dealership has been completely changed from the way it looks to the way they take care of their customers. If you are looking for new or pre-owned bike , accessories and riding gear, this is the place to go.

Bought my first Harley here and had a good experience. The people are nice and accommodating. I went in not planning on buying a Harley and walked out wanting one and calling back within the hour to buy it. Would recommend if you want a cruiser. Try helped me and was a great salesman. Wasn't pushy and gave me space to explore. When I was ready he was there and helped me get my first Harley. If anyone is looking this place is great and I will be back.
