★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came in from a bike trip from Flin Flon, MB. We bought a CB650 brand new a month ago and was needing an oil change before we could continue on our journey. Even though their service dept was booked they still got our bike in and serviced within the hour even though I told them it is no big deal and I could service it myself. Fast, friendly just all around fantastic service, would recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered parts in store exactly one month ago for my CBR, paying for it all in full. When i get home, I see that one of the parts was not listed under the "special order" category and was shown as received. So i go back immediately and ask them about it. They said despite what the receipt says, it has been ordered and it will be here in a week, max 2. Fast forward to now, I finally go into the store to see if I can get an update because its impossible to get the Parts department on the phone. When i get there, a few of my parts had arrived but two had not. One part had NOT been ordered and the other had been discontinued by Honda. I have been waiting a month for parts that will never show up. They didn't even tell me the part was discontinued, i found that out when I called Rocky Mountain Honda to see if they happened to have any. Rocky Mountain was also able to special order the part Adv Honda didn't and guarantee I get it in one business day. I got them to cancel the remainder of my order, and refund me my money (not all of it though, realized they didnt refund the discontinued part even though its literally discontinued and not arriving, they can just keep the money at this point). I'll be driving the extra 30 minutes down south to Rocky Mountain from now on. One month of an already short riding season gone waiting for non existent parts, thanks Adventure Honda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I picked up a neglected 2013 Honda Foreman 500 for a COVID project and I’ve been ordering parts steady. There’s actually a Honda powersports dealer much closer to me, but the guys at Adventure Honda have been exceptional to work with. From a $7 reverse button to a $170 sensor, they give you the same excellent service. It doesn’t matter if you talk to Mike, Jason, or Cooper, all of them are extremely helpful. Mike actually will be having a call directly with Honda on a seal I’m waiting for. If the sales team is 1/2 as good as the parts team, I’d have no problems dealing with the Crew at Adventure Honda. You guys are the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After the wild goose chase Honda in Edmonton gave us trying to buy an ATV. We were hesitant on dealing with another Honda dealership.
But man was the process ever easy here!
Ian and his team made the process remarkably smooth! It really couldn’t have gone any better!
Even if it’s a 3 hour drive out.
The customer service made the day trip worth it ! I’ll Defintley be considering this location for my future motorcycle purchase!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time buying or owning a quad or any kind of ATV, I had an idea of what I wanted but had tons of new owner questions.
Form the time we walked in Les greeted us and answered all my questions and provided information I didn't really think of.
Les wasn't pushy like some other places we checked out. No pressure what so ever. When we made the decision to buy a quad, Les passed us over to Cory in Finance who made the process simple.
I was really impressed with the communication during the few days we waited for our ATV to be ready for pick up. Les called to let us know that there was create damage and that they have ordered the new part. Kept us up to date that 1 of the accessories had not arrived yet.
After getting the call saying it was ready for pick up. Les went through the check list with us, showed us all the features and how everything worked.. Spent the time to make sure we were comfortable in the operation of the ATV before we loaded it up.
Les also spent the time to properly fit us for helmets and took the time to find ones that were comfortable for my wife and I as well.
I would highly recommend this place and to see Les at Adventure Honda

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looked at all dealers in calgary for a shield for my arai helmet. No one shows stock and have to special order with a few months wait. Mike in parts helped me out and had the shield in stock and for a lot cheaper then other dealers. Would highly recommend these guys. Talk to Mike in parts, great guy with lots of knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My local parts supplier... it can be difficult to get parts on short notice at a brick and mortar store but these guys did end up sourcing spare rims for the winter tires on my Honda Rally faster than anyone else could and even a teeny bit cheaper. The parts desk staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and smart, as well, but that's honestly not unusual at a motorcycle dealership. These guys clearly love their job. Full marks.
