★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible management, not professional at all, buses are very filthy and stinky because most drivers are smoke, they don’t provide safety equipment for buses, no respect for good and honest drivers, THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT BUSINESS AT ALL. My grandkids or any of my friends children or grandkids will never take a FIRST STUDENT SCHOOL BUS!!!???

The current driver on route 633 is either not fully knowledgable about how to operate a school bus, or she is just trying to make our life harder.
We are using busing for the third year now for our daughter. However, all of the previous drivers were willing to backup the bus closer to the house door but this one.
When I tried to call the driver and the call centre, I was not able to come into a resolution for the problem ( looks that there is a communication problem).
The driver told me that she does not know how to backup the school bus as other drivers used to.
This review could be changed, as the drivers are changing on this route and it is still the beginning of the school year...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing good can be said about them, not on time, bad communication, not responsible and not intrested in implementing any improvement, they don't have public email address on the website and the phone service is not recorded. Districts should not work with them again. Our kids deserve a respectful service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chronically late ever since they put a new driver on route 2282. I've contacted the company via their site form twice, both times checking off the box to contact me back via phone and I never hear back. Parents have jobs that they don't have the luxury of being late to or calling out whenever they want. A bus being late all the time is going to cost a parent their job eventually. Very poor management overall. I hope they implement a new driver on this route for the 2022-2023 school year.
