★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently bought my Jeep Wrangler here and I will say that everyone I dealt with from first contact with Client Relations (Cathy & Taryn); Finance (Sean); and Sales (Suzanne & Jason), were all very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the ease of communication whether through email or text, and nothing was ever pushed. Additionally, Suzanne was able to coordinate the sale and switch to winter tires, process was quick and painless. Service Advisor, Andy, was great as well!

I came here to buy new key for my car and he explained everything very clearly. I was not able to program new key with my car he did it within 5 minutes. He is such a wonderful and very helpful person and should be Promoted.

I wasn’t sure what direction I was going when I started the shopping process but ultimately landed on a Grand Cherokee. I had the pleasure of working with Suzanne, in sales and she was just great. Very accommodating with my crazy schedule, patient, and a pleasure to deal with. It was a great experience all around. Jazz, used car manager and Randy, in finance were so helpful. It made for an easy transaction. Keep up the great work Varsity team!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Because of shortages, I was contacted by Varsity Chrysler to buy my old van. I went in with no intention of purchasing a new vehicle. I spoke with Sue and Suzanne on the phone and met with Joe Cameron. He was the best! None of the typical games you get with salespeople. I told him that if he couldn’t find me a vehicle I wanted, I was leaving with my current van. He amazed me by finding exactly what I required with some extra bells and whistles. I ended up going in a 2020 Dodge Grand Caravan! It has everything I wanted and things I didn't know I needed. The whole family loves it!
The next best part was getting the financing squared away. We dealt with Randy Brodeur. He did everything possible to save us every penny he could, and it was fantastic to see him work. After some work, we ended up with a lower payment and interest rate. Who could say no to that!
Overall, the entire experience with the staff at Varsity was terrific. They even helped entertain my children so I could talk about buying a car with peace of mind!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Josh Whiteley deserves all the recognition that's coming to him from Jeep Canada. I say this because I can predict he will be very successful within that company. I was looking for the perfect vehicle to fit my family of 5 and Josh wouldn't give up on me until all my needs were met. In fact, he found our family's dream vehicle within 24 hours of initial contact. He was respectful of my time and his approach was always professional towards me. I just hope that he will still be around when I purchase my next vehicle in the near future. Every car salesman needs a mentor like Josh.
