Expensive, poor print quality, terrible customer service, orders arrive late, etc... try a different print on demand company. Lots out there.

They have terrible customer service when they lose your orders in transit or do not ship for whatever excuse they provide. They assume no responsibility and will not give refunds until 2 months after an order goes missing. But apparently they understand your frustration. Do not order if you are in Canada as your orders will not likely arrive on time or possibly at all.

Very happy with the quality and speed of this new Canadian facility!! So happy to have them local. By far, the BEST print quality from Printful so far!! Looking forward to sending more of my customers their way once I launch. Keep up the good work guys! Highly recommend this location. Hope that whatever issues were posted in the first review have been resolved.

Horrible customer service support. Normally when you pay for an item, you get the item. Apparently when they hire a delivery company to deliver your package and the delivery company loses or doesn't deliver, Printful doesn't hold anyone accountable except the paying customer who shouldn't be held responsible.They say they understand your frustrations, yet can't do anything if Canpar (delivery company) says it's been delivered. Nobody but the paying customer is held responsible. If you use these guys for print on demand, find another company. I used these guys for my business, but it's the last time. Seeing they only care about making a profit, and not caring whether or not the customer received their shirt , makes your company look bad too. Not only does it take months but they don't do anything about it. Naturally when this happens, even as a small business owner, refund your customers for their non existent shirt. Don't be like Printful and only care about taking people's money whether or not they have received their product. It's horrible business practice. I hope they will hold the delivery company responsible for losing / not delivering a customer's shirt in the future. It's only a few dollars but a company should never ever take a customer's money and the not give anything in return. They say that if the delivery company says the package has been delivered, they take their word and nothing can be done, unless the delivery company tells them that they didn't deliver the package. No proof is needed from the delivery company showing a package has been delivered. If this has happened to you, which I'm sure it has to many peeps, consider reporting any business that does this to the better business bureau/filing a small claim court. If it's happened to you, chances are it's happening to many other people and that's why it's still happening.It's wrong. Stay safe, keep safe. Cheers.

Best web interface to design or upload graphics to accurately embroider on blank clothing items. The website can filter items by availability in Canada which allowed me to pick custom hats which arrived so quickly. Great way to support a local branch. This operation is an example for how to succeed in a new era for business.

Great service, and fast as hell! ? Placed my order on Tuesday night for custom embroidered caps (4 of them), the caps were in my mailbox on Friday of the same week! The caps are standard Yupoong, but the embroidery is custom-made, quality. The website made it really easy to upload my design and place it on the cap, super user-friendly, even on mobile. Thanks a lot, Printful, will be recommending you for sure!

I’ve ordered from printful on three separate occasions and each time the items were poorly printed. They barely used enough ink for the print. I could see the tshirt through the image. They put a paper in the package saying “your shirt looks washed out because we used a special finish. After the first wash, your shirt will be fine.” Well, after the first wash the shirt looked worse than when i received it. When I contacted them, they said they asked for images, they were apologetic and then they said “ There’s nothing we can do.” In fact, what they should have done, was reprint my orders with the RIGHT amount of ink so the images and words were not faded. Their customer service is terrible. I was testing out their products so I could buy in bulk and I’m glad I did it this way. I’m relieved that I didn’t order 500 poorly printed T-shirts. I’m disappointed in how printful dealt with my concern as a returning patron. I will never buy anything from them again nor will i refer their business to anyone.

They don't tell you during checkout that customs, duties, and taxes might make your order cost 30% more than expected, but that's what happened to me. I live in Toronto, the company is based in Mississauga, but they shipped my order from Charlotte NC and charged me $60 on my $200 order. Just awful
