★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prepare to be dazzled! For my husband’s 60th birthday, I decided to have it catered. We chose John and Stefan Catering and I am so glad I did! Top Notch!
From the initial planning meeting to the final clean up of the last dish, no detail was left uncovered. The initial planning meeting with Chef John was professional and helpful taking into consideration size of party, range of guests, use of indoor/outdoor
space, food allergies, even keeping in mind my husband’s favourite foods as we considered the menu and party supplies to ensure a great event.
Now imagine throwing a party and being able to actually enjoy it! John and staff made themselves comfortable in my home and in my kitchen. Chef John is quite simply amazing! To watch him prepare and execute each dish is like watching an artist creating a masterpiece. Everything was professional with exquisite attention to detail; from the fun poutine and sliders station for the kids to the extravagantly prepared and incredibly delectable hors d’oeuvres served poolside, to the mouth-watering entries using only the freshest ingredients, all elegantly and creatively displayed and appropriate to the theme and ambiance.
The serving staff was unassuming, yet friendly and attentive, blending in beautifully and anticipating every guests needs, even preparing signature summer drinks, served with charm and smiles on the side.
My husband loved his party, our guests are still taking about it and I would not hesitate to recommend John and Stefan Catering for your next party or event.
