We could not be happier with our Henjo video!!! Henry and Joanie have given us the most precious keepsake from our wedding day - whenever we watch the video we feel like we're reliving our day. Henry and Joanie really pay attention to the little details in order to not only capture your wedding, but also tell your story as a couple. They were so great to work with. From first seeing their work, to booking them, to receiving the finished video, we felt like we could totally trust them to create the video of our dreams - the other videos on their website speak to this. Henjo Films was the perfect match for filming our wedding. Henry and Joanie made us feel comfortable and had us laughing from the start of the day to the end. They did an amazing job capturing all the special moments of our day and were able to put it into a seven minute video. We have had so many compliments from family and friends on our amazing video. They did such an amazing job, I tear up every time I watch the video. They also went above and beyond by incorporating my love of vintage/8mm videos and placed some of these effects into the video. We decided to use HenjoFilms for our wedding after deciding to have a micro wedding due to covid19. We still wanted everyone we couldn't have to receive a wedding video so they could be apart of the day. We researched for so long finding someone we trusted. Henry made the most beautiful wedding video we had ever seen. Somehow with only being with us the one day he captured everyones personalities perfectly. We had so many compliments on how beautiful and well made the video was. I'm so grateful we decided to spend a little more on the video because the quality is so worth it. He was so fun and easy going and it felt like he wasn't even there filming the day. He was also so flexible and helpful with all the changes we had to make due to covid. I cannot say enough good things about HenjoFilms. It is such a gift knowing we have this beautiful video to remember our day.

After doing a lot of research, we hired Henjo Films to capture our wedding day, and it was the best decision we made! Henry and Joanie did an incredible job capturing all the special moments, was so easy to work with, incredibly professional, flexible, funny, and they just have a knack for understanding the couple and telling their love story. "Home" was a central theme of our wedding and the final video perfectly captured this theme. We were blown away by the final product. Henjo did an amazing job weaving in candid shots, as well as sound bytes. Watching the video, it really felt like we were reliving our special day. Henjo was also so great to work with leading up to our wedding day. We live in California, but had our wedding in Toronto, which meant we had to plan the wedding from afar. This was no barrier as they were always available to discuss, asked good questions, had great attention to detail, and the execution on our wedding day was flawless. Not only are Henry and Joanie great at what they do, they are wonderful people, too. It was an absolute joy working with them and we highly recommend them!

Many couples debate whether or not to spend money on a wedding video. They often think photos are enough. That's where they are wrong! Henry and Joanie captured all of our special moments during out extremely long wedding day (two ceremonies and a reception). Their work is beyond anything my husband and I have ever seen. They made our wedding day look like a music video! Their music selections and video were paired together perfectly, and our emotions were captured perfectly. They were so fun to work with, they had creative ideas and ensured we enjoyed every moment. It made our day ten times more enjoyable. Every time we watch our highlight film we are filled with excitement and gratitude; reminiscing about our perfect day. Our best advice to any couple debating videography... Stop reading and BOOK them, NOW. I promise, you will not regret it! My wife and I looked at so many videographers, we even met a few in person...then my wife stumbled upon Henjo Films thru Weddingwire by accident. Looking at their portfolio, we knew right away we wanted them. Their style - documentary type, very laid back, not cheesy nor scripted were just what we were looking for since we're both shy in front of the camera! More importantly, we felt the sincerity of each couple on the screen; Henjo captured them beautifully! Even the wedding attendees, you could feel their happiness for the couple! They were the first vendor we booked (1.5 years before our wedding date!) The initial meeting with Henry was great, he was very nice and made us feel comfortable right away. Leading up to the wedding, he kept in touch with us which was great; after all anxiety was thru the roof due to Covid! The day of the wedding, they arrived on-time and were all ready to shoot. His individual interviews brutal, but in a good way! I called him the male version of Diane Sawyer because he would really make you open up; which I think is amazing because that's what you want, that raw, unscripted, totally honest conversation of how you feel just before you walk down the aisle to marry the love of your life. My wife and I also had our preference (in terms of what song to put on our highlight video but we were so glad we trusted them with their pick!) We got our highlight video a couple of days before Christmas, the best present my wife and I ever received! Watching it, we were both transported to that special day, we laughed, we cried, it was amazing! Thanks to Joanie's amazing editing skill! So many people raved about the video, they all said "it captured the essence of why people do this kind of thing (get hitched) and it focused solely on YOUR love story and who you guys really are!" We loved it so much that we ended up getting the full-length feature of our wedding (which I highly suggest you get (if the budget allows!)) As a past bride, I know how important it is to capture your day (after all, we're only hoping to do this once, right?) Therefore, I highly recommend Henjo on your wedding day. You can thank me later! We had a very short timeline in which to find a videographer/cinematographer to film a small wedding. After explaining the need, Henry responded quite quickly and was able to fit us in the schedule. We really appreciated his communication prior to the wedding as well as him being very unobtrusive the day of. When speaking after the wedding, doing a recap with the family it was noticed that no one felt his presence (yet we knew he was there!) and it was so welcomed to have a professional capture the joy of the day. Henry - we are so appreciative of you being able to come out and capture the day for us - and the finished film was just perfect. We appreciate all of your efforts and the results - the day will be re-lived through watching the film, over and over.
