★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been in the shop twice , had my eye on a Joe Montana jersey both times and wasn't acknowledged once. The Guy, was more interested talking about the Leafs 3rd line with his buddy than get a sale. Not walking in a 3rd time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into the Barrie location, staff was sitting on chairs watching a war movie. Thought it was quite comical. Still made an order which was a big mistake on my part. Next thing I know they have closed their doors and are gone.
Never received any items and no refund issued.
This place is doomed for sure. Don't know how they have another store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had ok dealings with them the first time. My custom print shirt design fell apart they said they'd fix it and re print which was great . Was told it would be ready one day had to go back multiple times and then still wait in store for the print

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in for NFL merchandise and was surprised at the vast selection of teams and style they carried. I was shopping around for something Niche and the employee at pregame helped me find the product and was able to special order it for me. It came within the time frame they told me and was very pleased with the service. They kept me updated throughout the order process and was very kind and patient. Definitely would come back here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an okay experience but I can't say that for the old man that was rudely ignored and told to come back for his embroidery. From the sounds of it he'd come back multiple times to have it still not done. The staff is lazy and not helpful. The fact that this place isn't out of business based on staff alone amazes me. I would say go to literally any other store in Erin Mills these people don't deserve your service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They took my order gave me a date and then didn’t deliver on that date, even though they knew very well that I was traveling on a certain day and had to take the item as it was a gift. They just kept saying we will call you back and they never did it was me calling them. They even said that the item is out for delivery and they are trying to locate the driver, I mean they went that far in lying. Truly the worst shopping experience I have ever had in my life.
