Actually it was funny:) I’m telling this because I was laughing when I left the store. I went to store after checking everything online and making sure they have it in their stock. I show the SKU number and got confirmation: β€œYes sir, we have 12 pieces of that product. Please check the Aisle 18.” Okay, I can do it, I can find the Aisle 18, but I can’t find a product that’s actually not there. Actually nobody can do, because I asked help and I was told that sometimes the warehouse writes something to the system but it doesn’t mean that’s true. I literally said: β€œI don’t wanna leave the store without buying something. I want to spend money. Please help me! If you don’t have the product I’m looking for, maybe you have a back rack that might be an alternative solution for my need. Can you check please if you have any?” The salesperson looked around and literally said: β€œI’ve never seen something like that around here.” I was trying to help him and of course myself and said β€œMaybe you have it behind this wall (meant warehouse) but I’m not authorized to check there. Can you help me with that at least?” He was looking at the wall like staring at hell’s gate. Long story short, I had to leave the store with my money in my pocket to spend it somewhere else.

Extremely sub par experience. Ordered online and order wasn't ready for over a week. When visiting store and asking to pick up order. 3 employees just look at each other as if they don't know what to do. Waited half an hour for order to be brought to the front. While walking around the store, all the aisles were full of product, there wasn't enough space to walk through. This store must be severely short staffed or the buyers send in too much product because there is no way to find anything in this place. Hopefully they shape up as they have so many hard to find items and always competitively priced.

This is the messiest, most disorganized store that I have ever been in. I have been in thrift shops that are significantly better organized. There were skids of product in the aisle that I had to shimmy by sideways. Suffice it to say that many customers would not be in a position to do so. A genuine fire hazard. Product on the shelf was mixed, fallen over. My engagement with the staff was limited but reflected the condition of the store. I was very surprised as the last time I was in this store a couple of years ago and it may as well be a totally different store. I will admit that the cashiers were very nice. I needed four items. It took far too long to find two. Disappointing to say the least. Princess auto stores are locations that I frequent often.

Took 5 employees to find where butyl tape was located in the store. Little to no knowledge of the products they carry, and basically nonexistent customer service. Either know where your item is located in store, or use a different location.

Store is a mess. Stuff all over the store, can’t find anything . Zero assistance from stuff. Cashiers are disrespectful and have a zero customer service experience! They told me they are ok if I not gone shopping in their store again. I asked cashier for her name and store manager contact, and she simple walked away from me. P.S. Manager please look after your stuff !

Looked online said Bolton location had 8 in stock drove there asked a worker they told me they don’t have any I asked to check the computer he did and was told they are in the back and can’t find it! Asked for my name and number and nothing Drove by the next day and was told it would take 3 days to find it What a shot show that location it I will never buy a thing from that store lazy employees can’t do there job

I live princess auto, but this store is a mess. I heard another customer (who says he drove 45 mins) ask an employee (older guy) about sandblast media that was on sale and this guy said that there was stuff piled in front of it and he couldn't/wouldn't get it out. I was blown away. That same employee spent 30 mins looking for a floor jack that was on sale but couldn't find it and then disappeared on me. Found him later at the customer service desk doing something completely different. Didn't even bother to let me know what was going on. Turns out it was in one of the floor displays by the register. every time I've asked for something here it's been the same or similar experience. Store is VERY unorganized, lots of missing price tags, stuff piled everywhere. Staff has no idea what anything is, where anything is, and have no way to find it. Very frustrating shopping here. Drive the extra 20 min Into Mississauga. Bigger store, better staff, more organized.

Did not have what was on sale.. Wanted to talk to 2 workers at a computer (about alternative)saw me, ignored me and walked off .. Another person came by when i stopped and asked her, she called one of the previous others over to help me.. Left empty handed and not impressed. Love the store but the help and stock has been poor lately. Staff seems unhappy.. Maybe over worked and under paid??? Used to be a great place to browse Very sad.
