If you are an enthusiast about life you will love the space. The high quality equipment has gathered top athletes serious about getting better. The staff is extremely friendly and beyond knowledgeable. The quality of training available is not comparable to any gym within GTA. Whether you are a just getting into fitness or consider yourself advanced there is something for everyone. The basketball shooting court is perfect for those needing to practice their discipline. There are so many unique characteristics of this gym that makes the vibe like no other. Seriously have to check it out for yourself to understand the true energy within this one of a kind space.

Taran cares so much about his clients and members, and he maintains a very clean facility and does his absolute best to give the best experience to all APC members. He is always looking for new ways to add on amenities and make his gym appeal to everyone. When you come to APC, you feel like you're part of a family. That's one of the many things I love about it.

A plethora of machines and equipment for any workout need, also equipped with a turf field and basketball net with hardwood for any sport related training. Everything you need and more without the hassle of being in a public gym. Strongly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great gym and really has that family feel. Everyone working there and the members are so friendly. They have great equipment for athletic training. I highly recommend the trainer Chris, he is very knowledgeable and can modify or make anything more challenging so matter what your fitness level is. His boot camps are amazing! He's also the guy to go to for any basketball training ranging from beginners to professional athletes, he really knows his stuff!

Staff is amazing, friendly makes you feel like being part of a family. Has everything you need and more for all training needs, even for sports.It has turf for sports like soccer and football; as well as a mini basketball court. Good pricing and easy to book, all in all amazing experience
