It has great amenties and equipment but more than that staff is very helpful and straightforward with you when you sign up. I’ve had no issues with cancelling and restarting our membership since covid. Unlike other gyms like goodlife which kept charging us months after we cancelled. can’t recommend them enough

E	Eric Shoker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great gym and everything is kept clean. The basketball court is a wonderful amenity. However, the gym needs more dumbbells, there’s usually a wait for the more popular weights.

Some staff are nice but honestly the majority of the people that come here have ZERO gym etiquette. They don’t unload the machines, they interrupt you while working out, i never see staff making rounds. Some of them at The reception are just focused on their phone and not to provide customer service. It’s just a whole different vibe from other LA fitness I have been to
K	Kohul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although this gym may get dirty from time to time and smell occasionally, it is still one of the better gyms to workout in Brampton due to its size and amount of equipment. They could definitely use more dumbells and more importance on gym etiquette for members/staff. I do love going to workout and play ball here so I will give it a 5 stars
K	Kuldeep Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really don’t know how LA fitness give out there franchises, but here indeed the worst experience with them , people do sales on wrong grounds , they don’t care about customer need . I’m sure you can make money but what about making a great experience with clients , felt cheated , came to decrease the mental stress and focus on physical strength. Thanks to Shiv Sood and his employees my mental stress is increased specially in time of pandemic . Kudos to you all for bringing a new stress waves in my life
S	SIM_NON on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff has gotten better, but the atmosphere is so toxic. The surroundings of the gym are a headache, it’s like you can’t fully open up in a leisure area. People leave their weights everywhere and don’t clean after themselves. It’s such a perfect location but it needs to be reformed. There are a lot of things that go unsaid. I hope I don’t get backlash from this due to people's envious thoughts, but I hope they do something! The whole point of going to the gym is to workout. Not disturb the peace.
