★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff but not sure how knowledgeable they are at the pharmacy.
Received a prescription from the hospital for my grandmother. Took it there and they told me that it was incomplete as it didn't list the quantity of the required medz. They send me back to the hospital to get a completed prescription with all the details. I explained that I noticed this as well but thought that it was a normal thing with the hospitals and that they would be familiar with getting them like that. Anyhow, I contacted the hospital and started to explain to the person at the pharmacy department when they interrupted me to explain that this was a normal procedure and that the pharmacist should know this. Once it's received, they are to contact the doctor listed on the prescription and they would fax over the completed copy. Not sure if this is a security feature however, I was not too happy about this. Hopefully it's just a one-off incident
