★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rather unfortunate, better than average Veggie Pizza and really good wings. (Meat Pizza is a bit below average, but still) Just now ordered a pizza at 7:55pm told it would arrive in 50-60 minutes. I called after 85 minutes, wanted to make sure they didn't forget the order and was told it had just gone out. Waited for 120 minutes total and called again and was told they lost the slip and would make it and have it out in 20 min. Asked if I was still paying for it and offered me a $6 discount. Biggest issue I have is they didn't offer an apology. 'Oh we lost the slip' is the only answer they gave over and over. Especially when I called the second time to confirm if the order had gone out. Made me wait for another 40 minutes for a pizza that was never coming. I have 6 guests and 2 kids waiting for over 2 hours, ordered from Pizza Pizza, I've ordered here from the start of their business. 1 Delivery per month and 1 pickup order. I guess they can afford to lose me and my family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered extra large pizza with chicken which they count as 2 toppings & i was shocked to see that they put literally 2-3 tiny pieces of chicken on each slice. Seriously man? You charge full price but why are you so miser in putting toppings? That's so below standard & expectations! Will think 10 times before ordering with them next time!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a large pizza with 3 toppings. There were three problems
1. They charged 50 cents extra for a small (actually small..approx 1 grams) pack chilli flakes... looks like it was more expensive than 1 gram of silver. I have uploaded pic of chilli flakes.
2. I had asked for coriander and ginger...but ginger was missing. Only coriander was sprinkled.
3. Toppings were too less...more pizza base and less veggies.
Place not worth visiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not recommend. Staff is very rude, lacking customer service skills and lacking proper implementation of infection control. Recently, I was sent home with the wrong order. I was asked to bring it back and pick up my original order. I went back but they served the same pizzas I brought back to the right customers. I had not opened the boxes but that may not be the case every time. This was shocking as we are in the middle of a pandemic and this can be very harmful. Not to mention, the staff were all wearing their masks below their noses, and they were using the same gloves to touch the food, as they were to take payments and orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza was delivered burned and the chef said "This is how we make it. " Won't recommend it to others. The Front and back was dark and the cheese was burned as well. My money was wasted.
Also they say that it is free delivery but it's not.

I have received your reply.
The pizza was ordered from the airport road location and I had talked to the chef. The chef clearly told me that "this is how we make it" so does that mean that the chefs make Burned pizzas at your frenchise?
I am leaving my honest opinion on the right location that is airport road branch and I am not sure why you are saying that I left my opinion at the wrong location . Moreover, I am not sure why you did not receive the complaint but I am sure that I did talk to one of your employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never order from here again. I ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery and Jesus Christ…. they smelled so bad that I tossed them into the trash outside of the store.
I called to complain and the lady that answered laughed and said “this is how we make pizza, how come the other 100 customers didn’t say their pizza smelled?”
I went to the shop with the pizza (hour after delivery because I had guests over) and showed the lady that was working. She smelled it and said “I can make you another one”. I said I wanted a refund as I had both pizzas untouched and she laughed.
Quality is completely gone down the drain, customer service is horrid. Never will I recommend this pizza place to anyone in my life.
