A	A. Del Rio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The regular main/lead brown employee that works there does not understand what a well done pizza is. Always cooks the pizza regular forcing me to ask them to put the pizza back in to cook it then complains. Very unfortunate because every other pizza Nova location I’ve been to understand what a well done pizza is. Used to visit this location a couple times a week but will be purchasing at other alternatives because of this.
P	Prub D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I ordered 2 large pizzas with wedges and drinks. When the order arrived, we open up the boxes to soggy, wet pizza. There were barely any toppings and the crust was extremely under cooked. For $65, I could have ordered from another location, recieved 3x the amount of items, and enjoyed a hot, well cooked pizza. Pizza Nova is supposedly a top tier pizza making chain, but this location is really bringing the franchise down. I will never order from here again. Save your money. Go somewhere else.

If you are Uber or a skip guy you can't use their washroom . And the other reason to not use it is they say due to Covid 19 so their dine in is open but washroom is only open for people who order something because they can't spread Covid by using washroom

Now its quality has greatly diminished thin burnt crust tastes nothing like it did 6 months ago ......could be location or ? All we order is Pizza Nova and with a big Italian family orders can get big with parties. Sadly wont be ordering again.

They skimp on the toppings, "extra" cheese means you finally get the regular amount of cheese, some slices are all dough/crust and barely any sauce, cheese or toppings. I will never purchase there again and would not recommend anyone ever does.
