y	yash naria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not come to this clinic if you need urgent help. I have to wait 2 hours to get my turn. 1 hour in my car and 1 hour in doctor’s cabin. And the staff is sitting in chair and having phone in their hand. And no one was taking care of patients. This is an insane level of health care work unprofessionally.
B	Bev Langley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived there at 2:10 pm. Called, no answer, texted, no response. Called again, no answer. They won't even pick up the phone to say we are at capacity. By far the worst walk in clinic experience of my life. The animal clinic treats animals more respectfully than i was treated. There should be a way to give a zero star review. They earned it.
K	Kevin Sodhi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were not permitted to enter and had to call and wait on hold in the freezing rain while reception staff continued on their other calls. Once they took us off hold, we had to fully register outside. After screening and registration,. they would not allow me to accompany my son (under 18) who needed stitches and potentially had a concussion. These folks aren't interested in providing health care, just billing OHIP. We ended up having to head to the hospital ER for treatment.
H	Hannes Pahker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure what all complaints are about. Called in, was put on hold for two minutes, spoke with nice lady, she said that doctor will call me back after 30 minutes. Doctor called me after 30 minutes, after short chat he asked me to come in. Because of covid rules it is little more complicated than before. With one hour everything was done and I’ve got my prescription. What else do you need.
-	- Jem - on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not attend this URGENT CARE walk in clinic if you require urgent care. Sharing my experience for the safety and wellbeing of others and also to save valuable time when help is needed. I was forced to go here as it was the only walk clinic nearby that was open at 8pm on weekday. After being screened by the pleasant front desk staff, I was instructed to go into a waiting room to wait for a doctor. After briefly waiting, I received a call from the doctor on my cell phone asking me what I was here for. I shared details and he proceeded to tell me he couldn't prescribe me with the required medication over the phone, I reminded him I was in a waiting room, at the Urgent Care clinic that he was currently working at and calling me from. To be clear my symptoms were not COVID-19 like or related to anything contagious. There was no way to diagnose my condition without seeing me and he refused to prescribe me with any medication as he didn't want to be liable for misdiagnosis, and irresponsibly, instead of doing his job, he referred me to the hospital emergency which is currently overwhelmed dealing with COVID-19, staff shortages and real emergencies. A simple visit to the waiting room I was in could have resolved everything. I question how this doctor is even a doctor when he doesn't seem to want to have patient interaction, he was very clearly unwilling to do his job and passed me off to a hospital, all the while, still billing for my appointment. Visitors beware.
T	T T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived 8:48 pm at the front counter. I was approached by an admin staff asking us to call the number on the door for an immediate appointment. The admin staff stated the other lady (was not on any calls at the time) will take the call now and give me an appointment to see the doctor. I immediatèly did as instructed. The other admin answered the call and placed me on hold. I observed her from the window while she did nothing. She waited until 9:01 them return to the phone to tell me that they are not accepting any other patients. I inquire why I was informed that I will get an appointment tonight by the other staff? I also reminded her I was there before 9pm. I asked what time they stop accepting patients? She would not respond. The original staff told me to come inside to register. I truly respect the original medical admin for her kindness. The other staff is unkind clearly not interested in employment.

Old age seniors waiting outside in to cold weather they don’t care no humanity words in this clinic some are coming by bus where they can sit in to cold weather outside they watching and enjoy We pay so much taxes for this kind of service! Visitors beware If i would have Authority to close this clinic, I will do at first place and put all the staff and the owner of this clinic behind the bars as they are playing with the life of their people by fooling them and being unresponsive. No professionalism I believe the staff is working at 10$ an hour and doctor have done its MD degree from a bogus college. I know the owner doesn't care because they are making money no matter what people say Government gonna pay them a big sum of money, But God is watching. They may be a doctor but patients are disappointed, depressed and in pain just because of them. I pray to Lord they close there location as soon as possible. And we request to ? take the action this kind of team..and zero or one ratings doctor’s and clinic.. ..
A	Al B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and very attentive. They provided phone consultations and made an in person appointment right away. They provided Urine testing at there center which is convenient than having to go to a lab and the Doctor took his time in assessing my issue. I was very impressed with how clean and organized the facility was and they had COVID Measures in place where the front door is locked and patients can only be allowed in one at a time by calling in and making an appointment.
