More miles to go yet. Being a long haul truck driver It was very difficult for me to get fit.
But when I joined Free Bird Health Club, my life changed ❤️ I lost 15 Pounds of Fat, 5 INCHES from Waist and Gained Lots of Strength Nf Stamina???
My fiancé is also coming here with me and she got super fit and strong too?? Love the Vibes here and training and motivation is next level?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started my Personal training here in October for build muscle and it is great experience with free bird. I say you must try and achieve your goal. I gained 7-8 pounds of Muscle mass and best part is that I did not gained fat in the process. My waist is more lean now even after gaining Muscle.
They not only just train you but also teach you about every step they perform. I learned so much about my Diet and training.
I feel energetic and positive about myself now. I can’t wait to finish my India trip and join Free bird Health Club again??
