A	Ashley B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful. I went for an appointment hoping to find a new dentist. They spent a full hour taking pictures and xrays and charging me for it. I didn't even get the cleaning that I went for and then they tried upselling me on orthodontic services... this somehow involved removing perfectly healthy teeth and putting fake permanent teeth on top?! I'm 32. I've never had a cavity, this made no sense other than it would have been expensive, making them money. Worst experience I've ever had at a dentist. Beware!

My kids have always happily gone to their appointments to get their teeth cleaned because Paul does such a good job with them. Dr K and Dr B are so easy going. The reception ladies are all awesome. A very welcoming and fun atmosphere.

They are extremely professional and really have a light touch when it comes to dental work. No pain, no problems, and even a few laughs with the staff along the way. They take patient safety related to Covid-19 and have gone above an beyond to ensure that you are safe and comfortable. If you have been holding off on dental work, you don't have too. Lakeridge Dental will take care of you safely. Thanks Dr. Koven and staff!

The issue was resolved as quickly as possible, and much faster than I had expected. I am now back to pain free and with a healthy appetite. The fact that you are still operating highly efficiently during the Covid-19 pandemic shows the incredible effort to help patients in need. My wife and I had been quite happy with our previous dental office for 33 years, but due to our dentist's retirement we decided to find an office closer to home. We chose wisely by joining the Lakeridge family. I look forward to years of great care and wonderful people from the front desk through to the marvelous dentists. Thanks

Have gotten lots of work done, including surgeries such as wisdom teeth removal, and a frenectomy, and the process was easy and I've never had any issues or difficulties. The staff are warm and friendly, and love to have a good laugh. Wonderful dental office!
