M	Manish Parmar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apart from Trang (5 stars for her), the very skilled, experienced, patient, understanding, helpful, kind, and informative registered dental hygenist; this is the worst dental office I have ever been to in my life (im 40). I suffer from anxiety, and the chaotic, impersonal and detatched setting of this place increases my anxiety to the point where they refused service and turned me away many times due to my increased high blood pressure. They will ask you to fill out a form stating your issues, but will not accomodate mental health. I DO NOT RECOMMEND visiting Axis if you suffer from anxiety or any other mental health issues as the office will enhance these effects. If you do have to go, request Trang as she is the best! The dentists will do their best to oversell products rather than accommodate solutions. I received much better solutions, personalized service, understanding, genuine care for their patients from very skilled Dr. Ebrahim Aminsalehi and his team at Pearl Dental Group in North York. Thank you and good luck with your choice.
J	J P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unprofessional service!!! They book you right away for the initial consultation so that they can charge you for a visit and make quick money. But they won’t call you back to schedule a follow up visit. Apparently they have only one assistant who can book appointments and she seems to be always on leave, so they will just leave the patient hanging in pain. And if you give them a call, they will try to book another consultation visit 3 months out which is ridiculous. DON’T GO THERE!!

Everyone was super nice and i didnt have to wait a long time to be seen. My dentist was Anna she was very professional and nice to my dad and I. She did an xray of my teeth and then gave us information about me removing my wisdom teeth. She made me feel comfortable the entire time and was very informative and kind. I also like how they dont charge you to get an xray for the first time like other dentists do. This place is very professional. I would highly reccommend coming here if your having any issues with your teeth:)

They took us both times within hours of me calling and have done a great job. My daughter chipped off half her tooth last night and now, less than 24hrs later, she has a full tooth again! Just like it never happened. The staff and doctors are all friendly and take the time to explain what they are doing, break down of costs, etc... If you are looking for a dentist, Axis is the place to go :)

I noticed how clean and efficient the clinic is immediately while sitting in the waiting room. If he was experiencing pain, they would call him without two hours and even schedule him in the same day to see a specialist/dentist. During my dad’s last visit, he said to me on the way home “that dentist was the nicest doctor I have ever met, she treated me so nicely. I wish all doctors could be this way”. When he passed away, they followed up with us immediately to advise us that he had a credit. They operate with integrity and genuinely care about their patients. I plan to start booking my dental appts with them now based on their customer service, quality of service and efficiency. Thank you so much Axis!

He was patient, thorough, knowledgeable and very sympathetic throughout. One of the best I've had so far. The entire staff is great and I couldn't be happier with the service. Thank you, Axis Dental!

My dental hygienist Kiran was very knowledgeable and made me comfortable during the cleaning. She was communicative and thorough with every step. The tv in the ceiling surely helped keep me calm and distracted. Check them out!
