★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist is rude. She gives out false information and forces you to make appointments. If there is ever an issue she always has an excuse. She acts like she is a certified dentist. She should be aware that legally she cannot give out false information or make a diagnosis on the phone without the patient being assessed. The situation was not handled right. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first visit to see Dr. Kalex as my dentist for 15 years retired. Dr. And staff were professional, down to earth, simple and courteous to customers. I Did not feel rushed. Dr. Kalex patiently listened to me, which these days, at least in my opinion, is lacking with some professionals. Very good ambience. He also after examinations explained in detail the results and the next steps. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can say this dental clinic is the best in Brampton and GTA. The doctors are friendly and most importantly they provide solutions to your dental problems. Icing on cake is the cost as it’s not too high unlike other clinics charge you hefty amount. Been here for 4 times and was never disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this dentist for over 10 years, myself and kids. It is always clean, extra steps taken for sanitation and a dentist that has great experience. Almost no wait time upon arrival before you are seen. Definitely recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very horrible service. If i could I would give 0 stars. Very unprofessional. They are gum stabbers. I was gaslighted and told I do not floss, but I do floss. There was a child working reception. Long wait times and I was very hungry and needed to leave. Sadly, after having my gums jabbed by Dr Kalex, I could not eat. Very disappointed.

I did my son's bracelet and it took almost 18 months. Reasonable fees and genuine service.
