She thoroughly takes the time to explain procedures, and options. As well, carefully listens to any questions, and concerns. I like the way she handle KIDS and make them comfortable for dental checkup.Her office is always organized, and staff friendly, welcoming, and courteous.

It was my first time going to a dentist in my adulthood and had a pretty positive experience after reading some horror stories about dental clinics online. Totally recommend this place! I'll make this my regular go-to place for all my dental needs.

Except doctor Fareed who is very kind, I dislike the approach and service performed by others. Note : I'm an essential worker and have been mandated to have a covid test performed weekly. The clinic is aware of this as well. Issue: I accompanied my aged mom to this dental clinic. Today I realized even the customer service is questionable. I was quietly waiting for my mom in the waiting area. I had one sneeze as the ambient air in the place was very hot and humid, and due to this I was requested to leave the facility. I left the vicinity and immediately felt a big breathing relief. I called and advised the receptionist regarding this issue and was told that's it's been ok for them. I find this sort of a response appalling given the current situation in the province. I kindly request the management to sort out this issue.
A	Annie.S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although they are pretty good at they’re Job, there were a few times, when the dentist had been very rough. she continuously jabbed my gums with a big white straw. Hard enough to leave a mark there, and on my cheek too. I was trying to tell her it was very uncomfortable but she’d keep cutting me off telling me they were almost done. Maybe she had a rough day or something, but there was still no good reason to treat a patient like that.
