★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ESQ is by far the best gym I've been to. The coaches: Eric, Andrew, Maninder and Tara know thier stuff and push you to give 110% and then some in the classes provided. Since joining I have made some great progress in my own fitness goals thanks to them.
This is the best place to get a workout in as well as help in achieving your weight-loss goals.
