I would like to thank Vilma, one of the best staff of Preston Living. She is kind and helpful. She took care of all the agreement process in a smooth manner. she cleared all my doubts. I would recommend renting a condo at 90 East Dale Avenue
A	Amber Brown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we have lived with Preston living from the time they took over the building and many years before. we thought it would be nice to say how we have liked living under them as the owners. As any living space there is always work to be done!! work orders have always been been looked after and completed on time, every work order comes with different situations but, any time we have had a problem we have always had a great experience and they have made adjustments to upgrade our living space throughout the years. our management team for the property has always been great and shows support and respect and has taken preventive action when need be. safety has always been followed with cover-19. Awhile back we had a family member become ill. we were going to move but the help from the property manager and her team made it safe for us to stay. magnificent example of what a dedicated group of people can to do make a good place to live and work.

Vilma is always there to help and make everyone's lives a little bit easier. In my case, particularly, she made sure that my moving process was as smooth as possible, helping me with all the paperwork I needed to present. The neighbours are very welcoming and when living here you can feel they have built a beautiful community in the building. It's a nice area, close to a TTC station (Main Street) and to many businesses and shops. Overall all the areas in the building are clean and one can tell that the administration is taking good care of the place. I'm glad I can call this place home!

Vilma has helped us a lot in getting the apartment and understanding the process. All of our queries were addressed by her very quickly. Looking for great stay here.

Aside from the construction below which is tolerable, the unit above me has apparently been under demolition for a couple of months now and it sounds like they’re drilling right into my apartment which affects me working everyday. Most times I’ll have to call into work to log off because of it. Other than that, people smoke in the halls and oddly enough, my apartment unit every other night reeks of cigarettes through my sink. Work orders take ages to be considered and taken into affect properly. Most of the time they’ll just send someone to do a quick diy fix which doesn’t fix the problem at all. Management can be a little disrespectful and don’t seem to want to solve issues as well as very unorganized. There’s banging noises throughout the night till early AM and the security line doesn’t ring through even though management said they’ve checked and that it works. The new parking ramp is too steep and my car scrapes really bad every time I drive in and out nor are the doors in the parking to enter the building wheelchair accessible. I wish I could’ve made a better review since my family has resided within this building before Preston living took over but there is need for lots of improvement. Besides all the negatives, Velma, Louis and Joe are all kind and helpful.

The apartment has security guards and a super intendant who is there to help you out whenever need be. I haf no garbage chutes in my old place and it was so difficult being disabled and a Mother of 2 boys. The neighbours are sweet and generous. I am so glad I moved here.
R	Rachelle Manalo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughters and I just moved in this weekend and we are very pleased on how accommodating and approachable the staffs are especially Vilma. Right from the day I sent an inquiry e-mail, she's been assisting me on how the process was and what documents to provide up to booking the elevator for moving. The unit is very neat and quiet. The only thing that is "not-so-good" for me is the laundry room. I think it needs some renovations / repairs for tenants to feel comfortable. But over-all, my little family is very happy we made this decision to move to 90 Eastdale!
